Upon arrival I was greeted by Logan. He was quick to offer condolences and listen to what was needed. He took my information and spoke with management. When he was told I had to call the 800 number to get changes made I explained I was told to come in to a physical location with the death certificate. Logan went out of his was to call the appropriate department, authenticate the death certificate and get the name changed. Thank you!!!!!

Prices are reasonable and fair, owner doesn't gauge like many other specialty shops, we are able to buy paints here for the same price or less than we'd pay online or at big box stores. The owner and regulars are great about sharing best practices for assembling and painting the models. They have games going, some days/nights when they paint, etc. As a parent I don't mind spending time and money here.

I found a very nice associate who was stocking shelf's and asked when they would have the item back in. She took the time to see if she had the item. She asked me to give her a few mins and she would get the items out and stocked for me. It was a pleasant experience.
