He knew the problem after I told him the issue. So when I got there he didn't even look at my computer first just had me fill out the pay agreement in case I wanted him to fix it. He then didn't say what the problem was took about 30 seconds and turned back on my pop-up blocker. $600 per hour! I can't wish negative towards his business but I won't be said if it goes under!
