Melvin mounted all 9 of the TV's at my parents home and they all looked great and functioned perfectly. I scheduled an appointment with him and he was on time with everything needed to mount my TV. It looks great and he mounted it with absolutely no wires visible. I couldn't be happier!

Stared for about 30 minutes and said yea lets call someone :) Found IT WebSmith on yelp and sent them a request for a quote. Melvin replied in no time at all and after a short story on what I had, what I needed and that I didn't trust myself to not mess it up, he informed me he could be there the next day. I just sat and watched and thankful to Melvin for listening to my stories while he worked. He did such an amazing job that I will be having him return soon to mount my 70" downstairs. I needed a TV mounted to the wall ASAP and Melvin was able to come the next day compared to the other 4 companies that I reached out to that wouldn't be able to help me in more than a week or so. Prior to our appointment he made sure I had everything I needed and offered other products and services that I may want. Upon arrival he was very nice, easy going and professional. He worked efficiently and double checked with me every so often to ensure the work he was providing was to my liking. Melvin and his team are fast and efficient. My family has been using him for years and he's installed two TV's at 2 different apartments. He uninstalled my original TV and reinstalled it at my new apartment. He covered up the holes, and and provided different mounts according to the look I was going for at my new place. I had completely disassembled my $400 HP printer, put it back together and something went wrong and the screen wouldn't light up. They're not only found the tiny wire inside a very, very small cable that I have broken, they showed me a picture of it and gave me a complete tutorial. then they went on to explain why my printer wasn't working anymore. It had smeared printing because over five years, I've been using aftermarket toner on an HP printer. I then asked for a recommendation on a high volume printer for home use. That's in between category between home desktop and large office printers. They said they didn't know but they researched it and called me back a couple of days later with really excellent advice I took and purchased the printer they recommended! Then one day I was nearby installed a large projection system and didn't have a long enough power cable. I went in and explained and they gave me a 10 foot power cable for free. But most important these people are are very friendly as well as mean technical experts... But very humble about it and they really listen care about the customers. Wow!

Additionally they charged a somewhat costly fee simply to diagnose the issue. Faced with a time crunch, I looked on Yelp and luckily came across the many good reviews for Ryan at CC&R in the Outer Sunset. In addition to building custom computers, Ryan also does hardware repairs and fixes programming issues. Ryan was able to quickly accept my laptop at 8pm, and spent the night and the next day diagnosing and fixing the problem. His hours are flexible and he doesn't drag out his work over several days. I was very impressed at the speed with which he was able to work on things, and the completeness of his work. In addition to fixing a software bug issue, he did a diagnosis of the health of my drives, my virus software, and recommended a switch to a free program, which he did for me. The cost of his help, considering the level of attention and speed, was quite fair. It should be noted that Ryan is a local college student. I'm quite happy to be helping someone who is working his way through school. I appreciated his help so much that I created a Yelp account just to leave a good review. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
