We use the program to check guests in and out...when they pay for any live or silent auction items. Following the event, the program allows us to print off reports that show what each bidder purchased or by live or silent. In addition to this and best of all is that Tony works the auction with us! He sets up 6 computer stations that include Apple monitors and has printers available to print off receipts. He trains the volunteers and oversees the running of check-in / check-out.
