I yelped this location and picked it based on the close proximity to my house and positive reviews. The greeting was mediocre, but I didn't care. I just wanted my phone fixed. I was told to return a few hours later when the technician arrived. I left my name and phone number. I arrived promptly at the time they told me only to be told that the technician called out sick. There was no apology, no we can reschedule for you if you would like. Nothing. She called out sick. Bye. Good luck. I took this as a you, small business owner, do not need my business so I went elsewhere. Thankfully, Iphone Repair 605, which is only about 1 mile away, was open and happy to get my business. I think they were also more affordable and had my phone to me within 1 hour. I discussed my experience with a neighbor, again I live super close, and they said that they too had a negative customer service experience at this location. Of course, I felt prompted to write on here to let the owner and other yelpers know of the issue that potential customer may confront at this location.

Yes they actually put liquid glue into an electronic!!!!! Save your money and go somewhere where they actually know what they're doing.

I ended up driving all the way to another store, only to have to pay for the replacement when it should have been covered under the warranty. (1 star) I am…read moreextremely disappointed with the service at the Metro location in Pico Rivera located inside SUPERIOR GROCERS on Whittier Blvd. My elderly mother went in simply because her phone was not working, and instead of helping her, the employee took advantage of the situation. She clearly and repeatedly stated that she wanted to keep everything the same on her existing plan with her son. Despite this, the representative (who no longer works there) signed her up for an entirely new plan without her understanding. As a result, she ended up being charged twice -- once for a separate individual plan and again for the original plan she shared with her son. This caused unnecessary financial stress and confusion for her. This kind of deceptive behavior toward an elderly customer is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that their instructions will be respected, not ignored for the sake of making a sale. I strongly urge others to double-check any changes made to their accounts at this location and to be cautious when dealing with staff at this location. This experience has seriously damaged our trust in Metro. After multiple attempts of going to the store nobody wanted to be part of the solution to the situation the terminated employee caused.

I wanted proof like a printout and got nothing. So then I was told it's not cancelled. "Refreshed" something and didn't work. Doesn't make sense. Then, why tell me it's cancelled when it's not? I don't want the line used anymore. Not okay to take advantage of elderly and continue to charge for an account we don't want open. Going to call AGAIN in hopes of getting help. All of this started because this store didn't transfer all the lines associated with the original account. My mom made this clear. So there were two accounts open for this mistake, which resulted in being charged for 2 accounts. They owe my mom 3 months worth of payments and nobody has explained how she can get that back. They got her a new phone and only one number transferred. Do not go to this store. Disappointed with the store and Metro. Never had this type of negative and frustrating experience with T-Mobile (not the metro) or Verizon. Go somewhere else.
