I am so happy and glad to say that Im back with Metro and I should have never left them for dumbass T-Mobile. I would never recommend them to Anybody. Please save urself the headaches and the hassles. I know I have a big weight lifted off my shoulders. No more so called promo that was charging me another $300 over a 24 month period and I know exactly when my payment is due along with the exact amount. Metro is wayyyyy better than TMobile. Tmobile sucks ass and so do all the so called experts. They are liars too. Fuck you all at Tmobile!!!! read more

worst customer service. These guys do not know how to deal with customers when they are busy. The approach is rude and there is so much lack of professionalism w/personal conversations, inside jokes, ordering lunch WHILE DIRECTLY INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMER. I called to ask one simle questions and the Tmobile staff who answered didnt even take the time to listen to the question. He cut me off and asked me to call back in 15 minutes because he was really busy. WOW... is all I have to say. I will never come to this store again. read more

I personally LOVED the service here! From the greeter who was super friendly and helpful to the customer service rep who helped us out with all of our needs we had a great experience all around. Robert Ruiz was so patient and informative as we asked a billion questions. He was super knowledgeable and we received the services we ask for, we got the best deal available for our family! I definitely will continue frequenting this T-Mobile location! read more

Carlos and Georgia were honest and straight forward rt from the get go..My family of 6 wanted savings and service..Budget is what we do..I appreciate all they did for us and making us completely comfortable explaining all the details and hiding nothing..No more SPRINT and dealing with gimmicks and price constantly changing..thanks again T-Mobile Team on Washington/Rosemead read more

I personally love the payment machine they have inside the store. Instead of waiting in line to pay my portion of the bill, I simply use the machine. Only downfall is that it gives no change! So be sure to have the exact amount; if not just wait in line to pay. The employees here have always been nice and informative with any questions or new plans/products they have going...lucky me! It's a rather large, spacious, fresh store with private sit down booths to sit with a rep to go over stuff rather than stand/sit at the main counter, I thought that was pretty cool. Go now! read more

20 minute wait to set up WiFi just to be told they have to verify if my area is covered and they'll email me back went to Verizon got hooked up in 10 minutes read more

I hate TMobile, I would never recommend this place to anybody. I warn u ahead of time, DO NOT GO TO TMOBILE, U WILL REGRET IT. I WISH I NEVER EVER WENT THERE. As of today they sent me to a collection agency for money that I don't even owe. Tmobile sux sucks sucks. I do not owe them any more money. Their customer service sucks too. I'm the one that suffers in the end cus of my credit. Thx tmobile and fk you!!!! read more

Tmobile has a great line and service but me and my 2 sister's went on march 21 and Donald was very flirty with my older sister and even said, "guy Geminis and girl libras are very compatible " and was really close to my older sister. read more

I would give this place 5 stars but, one of the female reps was not helpful at all!! However, Francisco and Mary were VERY, VERY helpful. I went there on Thursday and Francisco gave me all the pertinent information I needed. I had to go back on Saturday to get my new phone and Mary was so helpful and patient (I was unsure about which phone to get), she explained all the features to me and was just great! read more

Went to up grade to iPhone 7 for my lady, meet up with new manager' Jessy' , he took care up us quick like and also told my about that sync up for my car this device is bad ass tell you about any maintenance you car needs and how much gas in your tank , not to mention it's like a alarm & a gps tracks your car on your phone. Gotta say I truly impressed with t mobile new management much better service! Keep up the good work happy new year read more

I've came multiple times and they are never willing to help us out. Whether it be a bill payment or a purchase for a new item. If you need assistance go to the T-Mobile on Lakewood Blvd. read more

WORST customer service ever! I've been hold for almost an hour, worse part is the employee answer a 2nd time and once she heard my voice said ONE SECOND please. Are you serious?!?!?! I've been on hold for so long and currently still am. I'm sure they just dont want to deal with customers and send everyone on hold. I switched to this carrier for better service however it's just as worse or even more than others. read more

T-Mobile Experience Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Pico Rivera, California

Let's just say I've been coming to this T-Mobile for years and this was the worst customer service EVER!!! They clearly do not explain anything. I wanted to jump phones as part of the plan and they left out the part that you had to pay the phone again 700$!!! And they have shitty attitudes while trying to explain! As if I knew everything about the plan.. clearly it's why I'm there to know the plan and ask for help. They look at you like you're an idiot. Horrible and I've never been so disappointed. read more

I talked to the manager of this store about an issue i had with t-mobile, she had no interest in working with me. I asked for a corporate executive phone # she said she would have them call me.... Surprise I did NOT get a call.... I have been disconnected bu t-mobile every month for the past 4 months AFTER I PAID MY BILL.... I keep getting the same BULL SH** response they are sorry for your trouble ... every month I call & I am promised it will not happen again, but that was just lip service from t-mobile. GOOD BYE t-mobile I am leaving you today, HELLO SPRINT !!!!!. I am sure I will have better service & MUCH BETTER customer service.... ******STAY AWAY FROM t-mobile the service SUCKS !!!!******* read more

I highly recommend going to another T-Mobile location. They pick and choose who they want to socially distance with. Raul had the worst attitude as soon as we walked in and he said "supposedly" it's up to the employees discretion who they socially distance with. Yet another employee with glasses said they socially distance with everyone but there were other customers who were at their little desk. So which is it?? I don't know if he thinks we have Covid or what but he was very rude. The employee with glasses was trying to explain and apologize for what was going on and Raul told him to stop apologizing and started getting all aggressive. Not sure if that's how he shows he's suuuuuch a man. Insert eye roll. If you're going to have customers socially distance then have EVERYONE socially distance. Don't just pick and choose and discriminate against people. Choose another location and definitely another employee other than Raul. I have been in this location before for T-Mobile Tuesday and everyone is close to each other. Make it make sense. read more

i would "not" recommend anyone to go here, the guy greating he was on a tablet and bald headead "easy to spot" he was the only bald white guy there, he was explaining and answering questions but was doing it on purpose to rush through his explanation as if he didnt want the client to understand, he felt he was so awesome doing that and he looked so bad for his job now hes on the spot to everyone out there of low rating!!!!!!!! read more

Had a GREAT experiance with this retail store!!! Much love to ALL the help that LETTY V ( ORANGE NAILS) gave us well in store. Me and the wifey left out that store VERY happy with our phones and purchases. Its a must to go and ask for LETTY V when ur at this t mobile store. Thanks for all your time Letty!!! Great customer service! Much love read more

This place is rude, lies and does not help when you call for basic things they should be able to help with. Just seems like whoever is in charge of hiring just finds tweakers on the street and invites them to work for the store. read more

Worst place ever! !! Ran into the store to pay my bill thru the kiosk machine..... and whaaaaaat!!! The kiosk machine is gone! !! I HAD TO WAIT TO BE PUT ON A LIST.....I finally got called to be served and when u put my money down I was told not to throw my money read more

The reps there were very helpful and knowledgeable on their phones and plans. Have had T mobile for about 3 years now and have never been upset about anything. Unlimited everything for a good price. If your in the area, check this place out. They may be able to save you money. read more

Do disappointed and upset. I called to see if they had an iPhone 6 64g in stocked and the girl (Marissa) said yes. I was so excited because I literally had called every store I can think of and they were all sold out. So I called again to make sure and Marissa said yes and I would be able to get it if I get there in a couple hours. So I had to rush to get over there, mind you that I live all the way in OC and it was traffic hours. I get there come to find out they mistaken with a 16g It was a waste of my time and gas. I wish they would've made sure and actually double check for me when I asked and instead of having me drive all the way over there.... read more

Came in today to buy a new iPhone for my dad whose Android was on its last legs. Pleased to find Georgia at the door, welcoming and immediately helping us. For service that could have easily ended with just a phone purchase and out the door, Georgia went out of her way to show my dad his new iPhone, transfer all his data from his breaking Android, and put together the new screen protector. Absolute props for her service and care. The rest of the crew seemed pretty chill and was pretty fun to chat with. I'm not a T-Mobile user myself, but this is one store I wouldn't mind visiting for help if I were one. read more

Awful experience and now I'm paying almost 2 times what I should be because of false deals. If anything great sales tactics they made great money from me and my family. read more

I have been here multiple time because it's closer but I rather drive to the Tmobile at the mall & waste the gas than come to this T-Mobile again. Mainly for the lack of customer service & rudeness. read more

The waiting time and customer service is horrible. Young kids who don't understand how to do their job spit random phrases at you that eventually have you paying more. The information given to you comes second handed, and isn't always accurate. The best thing the location on Washington offers is a pretty selection of girls to look at while you wait over an hour to pay your phone bill. read more

I love coming to make payments here. They are always so helpful. I had a problem with my phone and they fixed it right away. When I walked in there was a staff of all women and they were all nice and said hello as soon as I walked in. Correction to the time though they close at 8pm. Just an fyi. read more

My family and I switched from Sprint to T-mobile, the rep William let us know that T-mobile would be paying off our phones that were being leased, but never mentioned it had to be done 30 days after switching over. We were suppose to send our Sprint bill to T-mobile, but when we called to get more help on that they told use we couldn't do it no more due to it being past the 30 days, had the rep told us we we've waited to switch because we were less half way in our month so before I could get a bill the month cycle had to end and then get our bill to send. If you decide to switch over make sure they notify you of when it gets done. Now T-mobile obviously is saying they can't do anything after their rep in their store did not give us the full info on switching and getting payment read more

Maricruz was very helpful tmobile is awesome! I love this store I will be coming back for anything I need.

I signed in and waited.. Whats the purpose of signing in If they are going to help the person that comes after you smh, I had to go to difrent store. read more

Please do not go to that store I buy a I phone 6 that came defected straight from the store. For two days I had two call the 1800 which they were very helpful. One technician told me that the phone was the problem to go to the store and get a new one because I had just buy it. The manager of the store try to charge $170 just switch the phone and the technician told him that it was not right because I just had buy it. Thank God I listen to the technician and went to another store. read more

This place is amazing!! So not only are most of the employees friendly they didn't make me feel pressured into purchasing a phone I didn't leave and they answered every question I had about my phones & bill payments etc.... They have a really good plan going right now if you have more than one line with them... I am paying a little over 100 for two lines which is better than what I was paying before because I now have unlimited data! :) The only reason I'm giving this place four stars instead of five is twice that I've came here they didn't have protective covers for my specific phone and this is after a month, I was told that I need to buy one online because they rarely get shipments for my phone... & also when I was waiting on my turn to be called there was another female employee who kept giving me dirty looks... Idk why she was looking at me like this because I wasn't talking nor looking at her. As it was the first time I'm seeing her give me dirty stares & glances.... She walked over to another female employee who looked at me and smiled while the one who gave me dirty looks kept looking at me as she walked across the store back to the little booth she was sitting in... (The booth nearest the door) maybe I need to start coming in a little sooner & I won't have to see her.... 4 stars for awesome data plans & not pressuring me to get sells. Lol read more

Do not go to this store . Take the drive to any other 1. Made me want to cancel n go to another company . Wish i was able to do no stars at all they need to train the sales associates better. I went in 1 day with Jorge and he was great gave me options for the problem I was having. Went in a couple days later to get the offer n got Francisco omg they need to put him in the back he was so rude he didn't want to give me the same deal n when I wanted to jump my phone which i pay to do he said he wasn't cuz he didn't like how I was acting. Then when I called the supervisor Cesar and told him what he said which Francisco didn't even deny doing. Cesar didn't do anything about his associates attitude and walked away . Why is he even a supervisor if he wouldn't do anything about his rude worker or help in any way solve the problem or even take over after he knew I was having problems with Francisco. read more

Went in to this store and everyone is very very helpful and courteous especially this one rep by the name of Steven he's the man!! Management should give him a raise but not as good as Georgia I wish I could be like her when I grow up ! And then Jose the manager he's very cool nerdy but cool and lastly Francisco he's cool he just needs to shave very hairy but helpful. I would give this store 6 stars if I could. read more

I'd give them more like a 4.25 because their wait times can be horriffic. You could be 3rd on the list and wait 30 minutes. They always seem to be adequately staffed, and maybe they just really take their time to make customer's happy so I err on the side of 5 stars. I've always gotten great service...they've helped me out with multiple issues and all issues they couldn't fix, they were able to direct me to a service line that could. I've not gotten the runaround from them once and that's insane for a mobile company. Their deals are good...not always great but some of the staff have even let me in on the fact that a deal may be upcoming. I've been a customer of their's now for 8 years and I really can't see that changing after the nightmares with all of the 4 other services I'd tried for me and my family the 5 years prior to coming here. Longtime customer hoping for a long time further. read more
