Not very happy with the service I have received so far from Tmobile and the their stores. I am not big on being lied on as far as the way things have been explained, the way the Jump on Demand program works. I do regret switching from ATT to Tmobile. Signal is simply night and day. You try to step in the store and block out at least 2-3 hours of waiting. Customer Service on the phone sucks as well. read more

I was having technical trouble with my new Galaxy S7. The Assistant Manager, Jordan, gave the best customer service attention I have experienced in a long time. He answered every question immediately, fixed the problem, taught me how to fix it, and then super charged the battery. I was out of the store in less than 20 min. I hate there customer service! Go in to see about switching then get the service then go back to let them know it isn't working out bc my husband doesnt get reception but spoke to customer service and they advice me do to the circumstances they told me to just go in and they won't charge restocking fee but then when I go in they tell me something totally different. And charged me 100 total for restocking for 2 phones way more than any other carrier does! If I thought of going back now I know never in a million years will I! I rather be phoneless! I spent a week researching phones and service providers before buying a new plan with 4 lines for my girlfriend and I. Sarah Nicole was an amazing customer service representative over the phone and once I learned that Tmobile has the by far the the best service plan options (4 lines unlimited data, 14gbt per line hot spot per month, all media streaming doesn't count against Hotspot all for 150$ per month) with service ratings just behind Verizon I was all over Tmobile. When I went into the store Elizabeth took me through the whole process from beginning to end and did an outstanding job! She was very helpful and thorough from explaining all my options to putting both sides of the screen protector on my brand new s6 edge+. After a week ago just knowing I wanted a new phone to know having my new one I learned Tmobile beats everyone hands down for value in service providers these days and the people helping u at the stores are personable and genuine. Absolutely the worst experience with Tmobile! They gave me a faulty phone, then refused to exchange it within the 14 day return period. Two of the staff saw the problem with the phone, then when they went to the assistant manager to sign off on the exchange he refused. Then tried to charge me $50 for some ridiculous fee to return it. I am very unsatisfied I currently went to T Mobile and spoke to Daniel Sanchez and he told me that I would be able to pick up the phone the next day and that I would not need the account holder to be there today I went to pick up the phone and I needed the account holder this was very inconvenient for me including that I still I have to work but this is cutting into my time he lied straight to my face and he told me that I would not need account holder this was very dishonest and disrespectful it was a waste of my time and he is not a very trustworthy sales representative I personally would not recommend him because I clearly asked him will I need the account holder and he lied to me because today I found out that I needed the account holder in order to activate my phone. Daniel Sanchez kept insisting on adding more and more features on my phone when I clearly told him I did not want and he was very vague on the contract or if it was a contract he was not clear at all to what the plan was he wasn't explaining it very well and let alone you really don't even say that much I'm pretty much paying the same amount that I paid when I was in a different plan this t Mobile is the worst all their concern is about making money and getting a sales and having you get more features on your phone just so you could find out if they're charging you later this man was very unhelpful and his only concern was giving us more gigabytes so we could be charged more and saying that we wouldn't be charged he was very unhelpful and very pushy he was not kind at all and I would never recommend him to anyone to go to tmobile I would much rather recommend the T Mobile at the Northridge mall they are much more helpful an honest this man was just in it for himself he was the most unhelpful sales representative that I met I would never recommend Daniel Sanchez to help you with getting a phone or any tmobile read more

My experience here has been very poor to say they least ,besides then sub part service and worst customer service aside from ceaser how it's very helpful sad he works for such incompetent people.november 5th i decided to trade my s4 in for their new iPhone 6 plus they moment in got it home in had problems with it saying no service ,including promptly took it back changed Sim cards and went back home to their same results .if waited a few days for their new update to see if it would be fixed but to no avail.like most adults in work and work on base so it's quite a distance and have had to go back 5 times 2 phones and 2 Sim cards and still isn't functioning properly.day 10 in take it back find out there's apreantly a 50 doller fee for people with defective devices they like to call this restocking obviously not then way to do business .phone tech says they can't a prove their fee waiver it's in store uzzie there manager says they can't do it either than admits he can authorize it but won't so in order to not be robbed for a phone that's broke. I'm able to swap for their note 4 paying them restocking fee so it had no choice .sad to say uzzie is about as worthless as they come told me to leave their store was not going to refund the 50 doller fee but it could keep trying iPhone after iPhone tull in find one that works until I'm out of my 14 day grace period .then he assures me that he's done this long enough to know if it tried another iPhone , 3rd mind you he says it will be fixed .however I'm doubt full so now I've got a new functioning phone and out 50 dollers due to the restocking fee so all in all a very bad experience and will leave them to a new provider as soon as possible read more

My friend and I went in to this location seeking an iLeef, which is a iOS mobile storage solution designed to easily expand the storage capacity on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod without ever worrying about deleting memories again. I had been having trouble uploading photos, etc on my computer, iCloud and Shoebox. I also pay $.99 for iCloud for additional storage. The iLeef was recommended to me by the T-Mobile store on West Ave J as a possible solution to my problem. This item is approx. $70.00 which Jennifer, our rep, said that I could finance through T-Mobile. However, they did not have any in stock, as she stated that she had just sold the last one. She recommended to me that I go over to the location on West Ave L to see if they had any. I asked if they could just call over there to save me a trip. She stated that they have a bit of a rivalry with that store and that even if they had any in stock that chances are they would say no. smh... Anyway, my friend and I went over to West Ave L. They were noticeably busy and after standing for a minute or two, Andrew asked if he can help us. My friend told him we just wanted to purchase the iLeef and then leave. He told us that he didn't know what that was. How is it possible that another location of T-Mobile would not only recommend a product and even offer to finance it for me, yet another location has never heard of the product? We were a bit confused. We waited for another 10 minutes or so, as Andrew was partially helping us and another couple purchasing a phone and another gentleman who looked like he was having something uploaded on to his phone or something of that nature. We explained to him again that we were sent over from their location on J and that this product was carried over there and that they were out of stock. Looking confused, he asked one of his associates if he had ever heard of this product and his response was no as well. What a waste of a trip and getting in and out of my car in this horrifying parking lot that competes with the newly built El Pollo Loco drive thru. We then left some parting words with Andrew, basically thanking him for wasting our time and gas and left. We then called the location on J and told them what happened. She, Ana, recommended that we come in and order it, which we did. I only had to put $6.00 down and my phone bill will absorb the cost of the rest. I certainly hope that the iLeef solves my problems with storage and is worth all of the effort purchasing it through T-Mobile. PS It can be purchased through other companies. Just liked the idea of not having to pay for it right now! read more
