The store is unorganized. The lady who is working at the store is behind the plastic covering - from Covid restrictions it seems. She asked what I came for and called another person in another room (at the stock room maybe) to help me. They didn't have the ramp that I was looking for. So he pointed me towards Home Depot. And so I left. I parked at the dental clinic parking lot. If they have a private parking, I didn't find it.

No one will take responsibility and when you try to get a working local number to reach someone empowered to help, they will ask you how you got it and act like you did something wrong. Sales will refer to billing. Billing will refer to sales. It's the classic "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". As a result, it can take months to resolve receiving supplies for a device you don't actually have, meanwhile the insurance is paying claims on those supplies. Physicians: Run, don't walk, away from this place. They have no concept of customer service. Patients: If your doctor wants to set you up with durable medical equipment, ask who they have in mind otherwise this company will just dump stuff on your doorstep without any prior effort to confirm when or what. They repeatedly called and demanded that we pay them $500.00, even though our insurance covered the machine. They claim that we visited their office over three times (after we switched insurances) in order to collect (extort) money from our insurance company Even though our previous insurance company paid them A LOT of money, they're still demanding money from us. We NEVER visited their office on the days they claimed, and they've never been able to show us one document with a signature of our visit. They've tried to charge our old insurance thousands of dollars for services we NEVER received. They've even sent us notices of sending us to collection! I don't know about the entire company, but I have nothing good to say about this office. They're committing fraud by claiming we visited months after we had already switched insurances, and are charging our OLD insurance company. If that's not FRAUD, I don't know what is. I'm assuming that the trick is to sell the machine to your insurance, and once you switch or your insurance is canceled, the sold machine then is claimed to have been a rental, which they then try to sell to you for $500.00. Don't be fooled by them! They're a bunch of extortionists. Avoid, avoid, avoid. And good luck calling them... They will blow up your phone, and leave messages, but they'll never answer their phones. This company is a scam.
