My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the employee who assisted us was rude and dismissive. It felt as though she was having a bad day and taking it out on her customers. Whenever we asked for clarification on things we didn't understand, her answers were vague and unhelpful. The interaction made the entire room feel tense. To top it off, she was extremely impatient; while I was trying to read the documents I was required to sign, she actually clicked away before I could finish. To make matters worse, we still haven't even received a receipt for the purchase. Buying a new phone is a big commitment, and I expected much more professional and transparent service.

After patiently listening to her situation, he graciously steered her away from spending her money and gently implied that the computer wasn't showing signs of damage, and if she positioned her hands differently on the sensitive tracking pad, it might stop erasing her entries. She was feeling a little embarrassed because she would have to tell her ride that the trip was unnecessary, but Bryce said "just tell them the computer tech wasn't smart enough to fix it" and keep the rest to herself. That was just the sweetest way to handle an elderly client. He was patient and kind and I just wanted everyone to know how amazing Bryce was. And he acknowledged me when I entered even as he was helping the lady ahead of me. Then when it was my turn, he handled my issue with ease. Great job, great worker.

Soon after getting his computer back he had all of his bank accounts and his Apple ID compromised. Hackers tried to lock and ransom his MacBook and they tried to open loans in his name. I would say that it is EXTREMELY hard to believe that this store is not connected to the hacking that happened to my father. I would advise people stay away.

They had a watch I liked in stock so I got to take that home on my very first visit. Except I already knew I'd need extra storage for my little iPhone photography hobby. So that needed to be special ordered. The following week my phone arrived so I'm back at the store working on my transfer. Except it started at fifteen minutes & worked itself all the way up to nine hours. Figured I should just go home & come back the next day to finish my trade in. Luckily on all three visits I had the opportunity to work with Bronson. His customer service was pleasantly refreshing. He would greet customers, find out what they were in for, either help them on the spot, inform them of a small wait time or get someone to help them out. When you're working solo or with a team time management skills are very valuable to any business. Bronson definitely knew how to problem solve to effectively get their customers in & out in a timely manner. Even the small talk like in my case happy birthday or welcome back. Can really leave a positive impression by making a customer feel valued or remembered from the last visit. Plus before I left today he helped me with some other questions I had with my account. We were on a trip from Honolulu to Maui and came straight from the airport to the Verizon in the mall. It's sad our Verizon in Kalihi doesn't have employees like Aukai.
