My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the employee who assisted us was rude and dismissive. It felt as though she was having a bad day and taking it out on her customers. Whenever we asked for clarification on things we didn't understand, her answers were vague and unhelpful. The interaction made the entire room feel tense. To top it off, she was extremely impatient; while I was trying to read the documents I was required to sign, she actually clicked away before I could finish. To make matters worse, we still haven't even received a receipt for the purchase. Buying a new phone is a big commitment, and I expected much more professional and transparent service.

Telling me I have to wait until it's delivered then come back in to return it and then order the right one... they can't just cancel or the order that I placed 30 seconds ago and reorder it... also the guy who helped also rented from the same landlords as me, and proceeded to say he fu@$ing hates them and wished them ill... like why are you swearing at a customer? Totally unprofessional. Also the same guy told my wrong information about trading in her Samsung phone. That she had 14 days to trade in her phone to get the trade in value. That was wrong and they wouldn't accept the phone so we paid out of pockets for a new galaxy.... I hate that it's our only option here

After patiently listening to her situation, he graciously steered her away from spending her money and gently implied that the computer wasn't showing signs of damage, and if she positioned her hands differently on the sensitive tracking pad, it might stop erasing her entries. She was feeling a little embarrassed because she would have to tell her ride that the trip was unnecessary, but Bryce said "just tell them the computer tech wasn't smart enough to fix it" and keep the rest to herself. That was just the sweetest way to handle an elderly client. He was patient and kind and I just wanted everyone to know how amazing Bryce was. And he acknowledged me when I entered even as he was helping the lady ahead of me. Then when it was my turn, he handled my issue with ease. Great job, great worker.

If I could give this place -100 stars, I would…read more I brought my MacBook to Mac Made Easy ONLY for a battery replacement. They ran diagnostics beforehand and, according to their own system, there were no other issues. I was told it would take about 24 hours; instead, they kept it for over a week. When I picked it up, the battery was very low. I quickly opened several files to make sure everything was there, and it appeared to be. When I tried to shut it down, it wasn't responding, but I was in a hurry and assumed it had frozen because I had opened several things at once. A few days later, I charged it and turned it on. It could no longer find an installed operating system. I was in complete shock. This computer had NEVER had a technical issue other than the battery. I took it back the next day. When I returned, they said it was "fixed." Then I asked if my files were still there, and the employee's expression immediately changed. They were ALL GONE. Instead of explaining exactly what they had done, I got theories: maybe a power issue at my house, maybe some hidden problem they hadn't detected -- despite their own initial diagnostics showing no other problems. The facts are simple: I brought them a functioning computer for a battery replacement. After their service, it couldn't find an operating system. I brought it back, the system was reinstalled, and years of my files were gone. I NEVER authorized them to erase my computer or perform any procedure that would delete my data. Worst of all, they never took responsibility, never clearly explained what procedures they performed, and NEVER even offered to attempt data recovery. I lost years of business files, projects, documents, programs, and work that cannot be recreated. Yes, I should have had a backup, and I deeply regret that. But not having a backup does NOT give a repair shop permission to erase a customer's computer without authorization. Months later, I am still discovering things I lost because of this experience. I would never trust Mac Made Easy with another computer. BACK UP EVERYTHING before leaving your computer here and get in writing exactly what they are authorized to do with it.

When it comes to my cell phone. I've managed to hold off my upgrade for years & of course I was…read morewell overdue. As your typical cell phone photographer I tend to take pictures of anything & everything. Except I'll usually forget to delete those random photos & about twelve thousand pictures later I've officially ran out of storage. So not being able to use apps when I want to or take even more pictures. This was officially my breaking point & has been well, quite irritating. So here I am at the mall looking for a solution to my problems. Visit number one was on my birthday. I finally made that executive decision to upgrade my phone plus my watch. Cause why not. They had a watch I liked in stock so I got to take that home on my very first visit. Except I already knew I'd need extra storage for my little iPhone photography hobby. So that needed to be special ordered. The following week my phone arrived so I'm back at the store working on my transfer. Except it started at fifteen minutes & worked itself all the way up to nine hours. Figured I should just go home & come back the next day to finish my trade in. Luckily on all three visits I had the opportunity to work with Bronson. His customer service was pleasantly refreshing. He would greet customers, find out what they were in for, either help them on the spot, inform them of a small wait time or get someone to help them out. When you're working solo or with a team time management skills are very valuable to any business. Bronson definitely knew how to problem solve to effectively get their customers in & out in a timely manner. Even the small talk like in my case happy birthday or welcome back. Can really leave a positive impression by making a customer feel valued or remembered from the last visit. Plus before I left today he helped me with some other questions I had with my account. Thanks again & until next time. XOXO, ChelsieFletcher
