After patiently listening to her situation, he graciously steered her away from spending her money and gently implied that the computer wasn't showing signs of damage, and if she positioned her hands differently on the sensitive tracking pad, it might stop erasing her entries. She was feeling a little embarrassed because she would have to tell her ride that the trip was unnecessary, but Bryce said "just tell them the computer tech wasn't smart enough to fix it" and keep the rest to herself. That was just the sweetest way to handle an elderly client. He was patient and kind and I just wanted everyone to know how amazing Bryce was. Waited patiently for them to finish lunch. The gate rolled up at 2:20 promptly and I asked the staff member if I could enter the door. His cynical response was well. The door is open right The visit honestly did not get any better. Never greeted me looked at my phone to determine if it would be eligible for warranty, but I also think he thought he was trying to see if he could exclude it for warranty equally. After determining that the battery did need to be replaced. He told me he could not do it the same day, which I accept, and that would take a day or two, which I could I could not accept having my phone for two days.. His response was it was a small business and then I needed to be understanding. I asked about a loaner Phone they do not have them. He then offered me an appointment for the next day. He said he could not do it overnight. I could accept that. When he checked his computer, he said oh no, I don't have anything for the next day which since he just runs the store it seemed suspect like he was just trying to brush me off at that point. I told him I had enough and walked. I understand it is a small business and I also understand that their agents of Apple they are not an Apple Store but you know I know service can be difficult to be in a service business, but you can't take it out on your customers. Although they didn't use foul language even rude just cynical and sarcastic. They really did put up a lot of walls instead of trying to engage me as a customer. This is your Apple Store on Maui. They carry all of the genuine products and are super helpful. We have a power supply battery that we can use to charge devices in the event of an extended power outage. Unfortunately, the cable that came with the battery that connects it to a computer to charge it up was not compatible with our Mac laptop. We headed over to Mac Made Easy. Not only did we get the cable that we needed, we got a lot of solid advice about charging and using the battery pack. I would not hesitate to return to Mac Made Easy for any Apple products, repairs, or trouble shooting. read more

He basically just rebooted the phone and wiped it all (aka "restored iOS software to factory settings" for a $69 fee. What B$!! He basically didn't know what to so. I could've done the reset myself for free. Total waste of time and money. Don't walk in the door unless you want to be over-charged and over-insulted for ur lack of basic phone knowledge. Robert ran a malware scan & reassured me that there were no viruses, no malware, & that no "worms" or anything I was concerned about were residing in my MacBook.....& that I wasn't an idiot (though I had been). He did this with a smile, great kindness, & at no charge. I had stopped at Walmart, Target, Office Max, and other like stores to an avail. My email suddenly stopped syncing between my iPhone, iPad, and iMac. I tried for a couple of weeks to figure it out, but finally gave up and went to Mac Made Easy. When I arrived, there were a couple of older ladies in line before me, both of which required a lot of attention and conversation. Robert, the consultant, was very patient with both of them and never made them feel rushed or unwelcome and explained things to them in a very calm and helpful way. They both left much happier than they come in. Then Robert helped this older lady and I was so lucky he did. He fixed all of my email settings so they were syncing properly. Terrible! DON'T COME HERE! Only one staff working here is reasonable. The female Manager of this store is an AWFUL RACIST. She sells products/provide services depending on customers' nationality. We asked whether they can borrow a charging cable for Mac and we were willing to pay the rental fee and they refused to lend, so we had to buy and came to return on the next day. The female manager then said "where are you guys from? China?", "this is dishonest" even twice, with charging 15% of the price as return fee. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. The female manager of this store is really awful. She asked my NATIONALITY and said I am DISHONEST when I tried to return the MacBook charger I bought one day before. I used it only once. The package is in good shape. I accepted the 15% service fee for returning and completely followed the return policy. This was the first time someone said this to me. Initially I wanted to give this spot 1 or 2 stars because I came in yesterday and waited almost 40 minutes without acknowledgement or service. It didn't help that 2 people came in after me and just went straight to the reps with no regard for the people already waiting for help. I came in about 30 mins before closing so remember not to come in towards end of day! All I wanted to find out was whether my computers have come in yet. However, the guys are really good and when I ordered two iMacs, Chase called me every few days to update me on the shipment. This was really amazing and unexpected. Today, I received a call from Matt stating that the computers have arrived and I went in around 3:30pm and only two people in the store so I didn't have much of a wait this time. When you go in, just expect long wait times especially if the customers have a lot of questions about how their phone or computer works. My only suggestion for this store is to have a system in place for customers waiting and acknowledging the customers as they come in will help with figuring out who is next. Otherwise, the store is clean and organized. Easy to find what you need. Parking can suck because a handful of stores share the small space. I'm glad I decided to give these guys a chance. read more

So stoked that they were open on a holiday. Was referred to them by At&t. After I had gone twice to them to try fix it; they suggested come here. They said Mac might have different tools available to help and they don't try over sell you. When I showed up there were about three others in line. He seemed friendly and efficient. While he helped another customer with his computer he helped me as well. Told him the problem with my phone and he gave me a few suggestions. We ended up having to troubleshoot it. He gave me an estimated time 10-15 minutes so I came back. When I came back he helped me restart the phone and went over everything.
