It's tucked away near Island Grocery Depot on Kupuohi Street. The area is called Lahaina Industrial Park. This is above a dive / charter shop as it says on the Yelp address. He had an amazing adapter. There's a slide on the side to adjust the voltage from 12 to 24 volts. My computer runs on 20 volts. But wait, that's not all. There are 34 attachments available, all of which come with the adapter. If you can't run your computer with one of those, then you might have a Mac. My gripe is the rep I spoke to assured me they would cancel my service before the next billing cycle, well they didn't by 2 days. After speaking with someone on their "leadership" team about not billing me in full $75 for 2 days (when I had already stopped using 4 days prior), it was clear this person had no interest in keeping a positive view of the company and was just waiting for the phone call to end. Spectrum is does not reward loyalty. You guys will get your $75 and I will never get another service from you and will warn as many people as I can to stay away from you guys. But hey, you got paid so its all good.

However, Montez was super sympathetic and tried really hard to try to diagnose the issue. He seemed to think it was the battery but he did not have the Sumsung S7 battery in stock that day but he did tell me I might also have an issue with my port because there was some corrosion. I was leaving the next day and took it to a local repair back home who confirm everything Montez said and Montez did NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! Honest, ethical and super sweet vendor. Not willing to rip you off, he just felt bad he could not give me back a functional phone. Thank you having the skills and integrity to give me an honest answer even if you could not fix it. His shop is also full a super cool accessories and many other customer seemed happy with their screen repair (lots of lava rock injuries) and I would definately go back if I ever have a cracked screen.
