My Maui PC Solutions did a fantastic job helping me with extracting pictures from an old computer. The computer had hundreds of photos on it that I couldn't access because the power cord broke and the computer ran out of juice. I went to several stores to try and get another cord, but the computer model was out of date and the cord was no longer sold.
