They have a lot of experience and were able to advise us on the best system to suit our home and our family. The system has already proved to be effective and useful as we've received alerts from our neighbors of suspicious activity in our neighborhood and we were able to reference the security footage from our new system from an app on our phone. We've contacted them multiple times after the installation and they've assisted us immediately with great follow-on customer service and support. They offer competitive prices, the latest technology, and the best Customer Service!! We are very happy we chose Aloha Secure and will continue to refer them to all of our friends and family to keep them safe and secure as well!

Their main office is in Kihei but they take care of the whole island. We've been with them for over 10 years now and have no problems to report. A sounding alarm results in an immediate phone call to us, but because of the wonderful world of technology, we're able to quickly take care of issues on our cell phones. We just had an issue where one of our phone lines weren't sending them a weekly test signal so they phoned us immediately. The issue fixed itself somehow. We pay a little over $40 a month which is charged automatically every quarter. OVERALL: They're very progressive with new technology and have good communication with their customers. I called and emailed the few options available and by far this company was the most reliable and service oriented. I'll also note that I don't live full time on maui so I needed an alarm company and equipment that I could operate and monitor remotely. Nirvana the owner is very helpful and professional. He personally installed a central alarm in a multi-family property I own in Wailuku. Multiple motion detectors, door sensor, window sensors and has recently called and emailed checking in on the system to see how I'm liking it. I'm very pleased with the technology installed and the ease of use with arming and disarming remotely vis the mobile App. Price is very fair. Customer service is very good. Overall I highly recommend maui alarms and the owner.

After waiting almost 3 months to have 4 new large screen SONY's to be installed.. by an affiliate…read moreof Dish Network .. I was very disappointed with the installation I received. Wires everywhere. Each station honestly looked like a rats nest. and even after spending all day at my place, they left several items unfinished ... I complained, but the affiliate told me it would be another 3 weeks before they could fix the wiring. But honestly, it was more than just wiring. The crew that they sent out were inexperienced .. they chipped paint .. they drilled holes that they later didn't need... and ended up spending almost all day at my house & then charging me over $1100?? and at the end of the day they had to leave early because they had other appointments .. leaving several items unfinished. I'm very happy to report that my next phone call was to E design.. after reading a few of their 5 star reviews, I felt very confident that they would be able to help straighten this mess out. Days later .. Not only did E design help .. but they sent over a technician by the name of Mike who I would highly recommend. Mike worked all day tirelessly without food or anything to drink that I could see. ( Although I offered ). Mike was there on a mission from God. And he never stopped until the job was not only done to a satisfactory level... but I would easily say E designs exceeded any expectations I may have had. They were able to run all of my wiring behind the wall and when they were done, left only a nice pleasant area. I was proud of. I know my bill is gonna be high.. but I can tell you right now. They were worth every penny. And I would happily recommend their services to anyone that has an eye for detail & wants to have a system that is wired professionally. At this point, I will be using E design to further enhance the audio quality of my new home theater. And can't wait to have them back.!! I'm including a before and after picture of just one of the areas E design completed.
