He suggested I call hp customer service and plead my case to them in the hopes that they would fix the problem for free (barely one month past the warranty expiration). He returned my laptop the very next day and only charged me a diagnostic fee- which was reasonable and fair. Even though he was unable to fix my computer, I would still highly recommend his services.
