Unfortunately, I can't give this place zero stars or I would. I walked in a few months ago to inquire about service. Some idiot by the name of Max was aggressively trying to sign up for service. I really considered the service so I asked that he give me a quote on pricing for new service and monthly payments. I never went back because they were too pushy. Fast forward, 3 months I am receiving a bill asking me to pay $$ for an account I never opened! Now, I have to deal with getting rid of this nonsense! Don't waste your time, move along. read more

I walking in today with my mindset to get 3 phones with the jump on demand program. After waiting a bit we were next in line and got helped by a young man named Edgar P. We were all excited to get our phones yet he informed us that T-Mobile no longer uses that program, so we left. PHONE-LESS -.- I got home and went online to verify this information and it turns out the program is still up on their website not only that but I called customer care and they said indeed I was eligible for the jump on demand. It's now 21:07 and all T-Mobile stores are closed and still..... We are PHONE-LESS. Went here last weekend around 4 pm and it was packed! Had to wait for over half an hour. Couldn't understand why big families would come just to fix one problem for one person. . But on the good hand, I give it four stars instead of zero cause at the end a great lady named Melissa Solis helped us out with outstanding customer service! She was quick and went straight to the point. She even offered to help afterwards if something went wrong, which it didn't cause our phone hasn't had any problems since then. As my local store I am deeply disappoint & not once have I ever been satisfied with my experience there. Staff accordingly or change it up T-mobile, this store is a lame attempt to satisfy our general area. The help provided is mediocre & the staff always has something else to work on. I don't feel valued at all when I'm there but this is not a surprise coming from T-Mobile. Choose wisely when you need to head over to a store because this is not the one. I was waiting for my food at the coffee place and my phone started to act up. I went into the store to see if they can check it for me but they were rude and I waited over 45 minutes. I should have gone to the other location. The rep didn't even wanted to look at my phone. He was like you have to upgrade your phone is to old. I just switch from verizon. I set up a new plan with this store and they were super helpful but they did not inform me that I had phone insurance on my plan which I did not want so I removed that by talking to customer service. I went in today to try to get a discount on my plan because T-Mobile is the provider for the company I work for and the company I work for said I would get a discount if I set up a plan with T-Mobile. Went here after going to another location cause they didn't have the phones we wanted. I always have low expectations going in because most of the time the staff don't really know what they're talking about and they're just try to up sell you. We were checked in and didn't wait long. We expected to wait a while since we came in on a busy day, went next door to get a drink and as soon as we ordered, we received a text saying to come back. We were with sent to Feliciano and he was seriously the best. He was so helpful, he knew exactly what he was talking about and he was so funny and nice. If you ever come to this location please ask for him, he's the best ! We got the phones that we exactly wanted with no hassle at all. The WORST customer service ever. I walk in looking to get a plan started with them and I get the cold shoulder. When they finally decided to help me the guy gave me attitude. He would give me short answers and said that I can just read the display wall for information. What kind of service is that? I am very disappointed and this is the second time it happened. After a few runarounds from tmobile to tmobile I finally found a place that helped me get the phone i wanted ( Note5 ) and that didn't B.S me. I was assisted by Israel and I was very happy with his professionalism and his dedication to helping me. While visiting the store today to pay a bill I was waiting to be on the waiting list while ther was 6 people working no one came up to me to ask my name or if I needed help I had to approach a young man so I can get on the waiting list I didn't knoe it took 20-30min to pay a bill - customer service sucks ..then a A-whole name Henry helped me n was so rude I was upset n let him be aware of that he told me with his attitude ( are u upset cause I didn't put u in the list or cause u bn waiting ur lucky we are seeing u in less then 45min to pay a bill ) I told him not to worry about it I just want to pay my bill and get going and his response was (I'm not worried) can u say fired that's a person who's dosnt care and is making this company loose money I called Corprate n spoke to a manager name Alex .. Alex by the way didn't even open my account he sucked n they need new management .. N I hope Corprate does something I will follow up with them next week .. I came to this store looking to upgrade my daughter's phone to the LG model and I was helped, if you can call it that, by Abel. I informed him that I had already done all the research and wanted to purchase that particular phone with the basic data and would remain on the same plan that I already had and was happy with. Abel started his sales pitch about having me switch over to a "better, cheaper" plan which I promptly declined. He seemed a little flustered that I knew what I wanted and was not interested in switching so he proceeded to ask me different questions. After going back and forth for few minutes he proceeds to tell me that I can't get that phone without the higher priced data plan. I told him I wasn't interested in that plan and that I wouldn't be purchasing the phone. I also gave him an earful about listening to what his clients want not what he wants to sell them. He just gave me the stink eye. After I left, I went home and promptly called T Mobile customer service and they assured me that this phone could be had with the $20 data plan so Abel lied just because he couldn't get me to switch plans. His customer service skills leave alot to be desired and so does his personality. Avoid him and this store! I was able to get the phone I wanted with the plan I wanted at the Main Place Mall. Worst customer service I've experienced. I mean, some employees are nice and helpful, but the guy that I asked for help from, whose name is Henry, has the crappiest attitude. He had to make copies of some of my documents and send them to a certain department and told me that I would get a response as soon as he hears back from it, which should be within 24 hours. So the next day I got no answers and called him 3 times and he never picked up my calls, I went to the store he was there and told me to wait for probably one more day and would definitely give me a call when he gets anything. Another day went by I called him again still I got nothing, he didn't even return my call. Until 3 days after he told me to wait for a day, I tried calling him and it went straight to voicemail. I'm never gonna go back to that store again, this dude clearly doesn't know how to deal with customers. Later I went to another T-Mobile store and they solved my problem within half an hour. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The customer service sucks, always busy, rude people, don't listen to their customers and they have screwed up everything since day one. Switched our sim cards so I was getting other people's texts and calls. Very unprofessional. Today 12/13 I came in and the workers were messing around and giving high fives instead of helping me. This Tmobile store did a very good job of handling a rush of customers. I came after work which likely the majority of others customers did as well and was greeted by an employee which I later learned was the manager.( this impressed me to see the manager working the floor with his employees. Good job on that!) I was asked what I needed help with and put on the waiting list, no biggie. I appreciated their attentiveness to my and others arrival. ( I even noticed some kids, prolly around 18 or early 20's who were looking at phones and they were just as attentive to them as well) anyways I took a seat and awaiting to be called. About 5 mins of waiting chatting on my line app I was approached by the manager who introduced me to Jorge and confirmed what I required help with and Jorge listened well and took me to his counter. Jorge was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions, I also was interested in possibly getting an Apple Watch so Jorge brought over their in store Apple specialist to show me the features and answer any questions about the watch. I let Jorge know I was interested in upgrading to the iPhone 6s in rose gold and he sadly let me know they were not stocked in the store at the moment although he could order it and as soon as it would become available it would be shipped to my and I would not be charged until the phone shipped and was available. I signed up for receiving my phone once it became available. I had concerns about my bill also being high and Jorge went over my bill with me in detail and also help with suggestions for cutting my bill which was great! I asked for Jorge's business card because the service here was great, this was a perfect example of customer care and this will be my Tmobile store as I have moved to the area from my hometown. It's gives me a piece of mind knowing I have a store and contact I can count on if I have questions or concerns of my Tmobile account. Recently came in to this t mobile to switch my service. I was greeted nicely and was put on the list. Took a while to get helped but I understand since it was busy that day. Was helped out by Jorge. He took his time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He also helped my parents pick out phones. Everything went smooth and had all my phones switched over and data transfered. Very satisfied with my decision to switch over. It was overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. They really earned my business. read more

i cannot ssssssstress enough how much this store does not care about customer service! rather, they care only for the quick turn over of sales that they have come to really rely on. it has nothing to do with service or coverage of T-Mobile, but rather their vicinity of a lower income based population...which is mostly Mexican-American. nothing wrong with that, but us chicanos have no idea what customer service is. we are taught from a young age to accept what is there and don't fight over it cause it can and will be taken away from us. as far as I am concerned, never going back here again and after my first week of my plan...I am done. going to sprint or Verizon. maybe back to boost, cause I got the same crap customer service from third party dealer compared to the authorized store that I assumed would be up to par. Walked in here inquiring about the s6 edge plus. I was approached by Jorge, and was talked into upgrading my mint condition s5 for the s6 edge plus. I was told that it would only be $7 more monthly for the edge plus than I was paying for my s5. After agreeing to this no-brainer upgrade, I was told to pick out a FREE otter box and screen protector because they are running a promotion. I happily agreed to an upgrade at the small expense of $7 more and free accessories. I was presented with 6 sheets of paper, the top 2 covering the bottom 4. The top 2 had the figures I was quoted, and I was told that all the paperwork was the same and was only required for store records. I foolishly signed all the paperwork without browsing through the last 4 pages, seeing as to how we spent well over an hour in the store and just wanted to leave. It turns out out that my "FREE" accessories are being billed to my account and my seemingly too good to be true $7 per month upgrade, is just that. My bill jacked up over $50/month since the upgrade to the s6 is actually $32 more a month (not $7). I called 611 and received sympathy from the employees saying this always happens to customers when they make purchases in-store frsnchises as opposed to purchasing directly from T-mobile. I was told I have to go back to the location which I made the purchase at and speak to the manager and it shouldn't be a problem; so I did just that. Upon arriving to the store I asked to speak to the manager which was followed by mocking and laughing at me a short distance away from where I was standing. The manager who had no name tag on and seemed to not be in uniform approached me with a kniving smile from ear to ear, presenting me with the contract; saying this is what you agreed to and I'm making up any allegations of the "FREE" otter box and screen protector. I saw the employee Jorge who gave me this "FREE" promotional merchandise and called him over. He said I obviously misunderstood him and was not paying attention to details. The manager then chimed in and said that it is absolutely against company policy to give out free merchandise; yet they were handing out free tablets 2 days prior to my upgrade (which they went out of their way to let me know I missed out on.) That sounds pretty FREE to me. These guys are professional commission thieves who give T-mobile a terrible name. What they did is illegal and the BBB will made aware of this. I strongly encourage anyone looking to purchase a phone or coverage from T-mobile to call the 800 number instead of coming here. The main office specialists did a great job correcting the frustration caused by these lying clowns as I was three-way calling with a Verizon sales rep to simply call and cancel my service and obtain my account number. I ended up staying with T-mobile because the actual company itself is not out to pick the pockets of their customers. This T-mobile location off of State College and Lincoln however is. I manage the top grossing grocery store in Orange County (commission free of course) and we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, which is something that I take for granted. The T-mobile corporate office made this particular situation right by kind and exceptional customer service. read more

They take NO RESPONSIBILITY for their actions. Went in to the store with my At&t phone to take advantage of their widely advertised "trade in your cell phone & we will pay the early termination fee program". My dad & I told Henry Hernandez that we were going to get a bite to eat while he transfered my contacts & my number. When we came back phone was done & we left. When I came got home I saw Henry had transferred all my contacts but I had a new number. I decided to just live with it & let my friends know I had a new number. Took my bill from At&T in a month later & Henry informs me "I" should of ported my phone number. I told him "you never told me that" he said "because you can't do it only we can"...ok, so why didnt you? He said the person that worked on my phone was no longer at T-mobile because he made alot of mistakes. He calls my mom with my phone, harrasses her and then tells her she needs to reactivate my old line. My mom informs him she can't even get ONE early termination fee reimbursed by T-mobile so she definitely did not want to incur another just to cover for someone elses mistakes. Long story short, my Mom is now filing claims with Better Business Bureau, some Cell Phone Fraud lawyer...all for $185. because one of their employees did 1/2 of THEIR JOB. read more
