Came in on a Monday evening around 530pm. It's situated in a business park. But the parking in front of the building was pretty empty. Oof was I wrong. It was packed in the place. I entered and wasn't really sure where the line started or if it was a number system or you just had to make eye contact with the employee to be called upon next. It seemed a bit chaotic and unorganized. The store front is pretty small and unless you're being served, it's not a ton of seating available. That being said I was seen fairly quickly. Within 10 minutes. I think I might have cut people. My question was fairly simple. I wanted to know about coverage for my wifi in the apartment I'm moving to. I told her that I didn't have access to my new apartment yet and her response was "plug it in and see if it works" which I didn't think was too helpful. So after saying I didn't have access to it again and then switching to Spanish to explain my situation, did she finally check her computer for me. Other than that. It seemed like an okay response place. 2.5 stars at best. But not a ton of other locations in the area so it's the best you'll probably get. read more

My Husband (account holder) and I went in to change our cracked screen protector because we do every time they crack with our insurance it's a free screen protector replacement. And they couldn't do anything to help us because my husband didn't have his ID on him! what is usually and quick friendly visit and we have never have had to show an ID at other T-mobile stores became very disappointing. Mind you my father in law was able to get a whole phone and phone line added to our account without it being approved by my husband is crazy this all happened at the T-mobile 2 store! My experience at this location has reminded why I stopped going into the stores for any assistance. Not only were they not busy and you can see all 3 employees huddled together on the back counter from the outside, but when I walked in I heard one of them say a cuss word. I explained to the girl that my bank account had been fraudulent, and she kept saying I lost my debit card, not sure if she realizes there's a difference, but anywho she couldn't help me because I wouldn't pay the additional $5 they want to charge you for going into the store to pay your bill. $5 dollars for interrupting their hangout and chat she said she would get in trouble for wanting to waive the $5 dollar extra fee for wanting to pay my bill at the store. Is the business suffering inflation too? she told me to call T-Mobile so they could further assist me with my account. If none of the employees can assist you because you don't have an additional $5 then what is the purpose of the stores and the staff being there? Why are we paying $5 extra dollars for if the purpose of anyone being in a store is to help loyal customers. It's a joke and as I stated to the employee , more of a reason to consider changing plans. If you consider paying extra for assistance at a T-mobile location, go to another store, avoid this one or call 611 and they will gladly help you with what you need and be understanding without wanting to charge you $5. read more

This location was very disappointing. We were helped by Jack and Juan, but they both gave us incorrect information or straight up said "I don't know" to our basic plan questions without even attempting to look for the answer to the problem. I get that there's a lot of different plans offered, but it's not really fair to the consumer if the business doesn't do it's due diligence and be up front with all the information. Both Juan and Jack said the Magenta plans were no longer offered, but when I went home I saw that I could still upgrade to the magenta plan online. They were trying to push us out of a plan we were grandfathered into and only offered their top plans instead of giving us the most economical plan for us. Very untrustworthy sales tactics. Also, they only had one sales sheet to reference so we were literally waiting extra time because two employees were sharing it. Just an overall bad experience and I felt like the employees were only in it to get kick backs rather than find a client the plan that suited their needs best. After this incident I will be looking for a new phone carrier read more

I want to warn everyone about the workers here. They lied to me during the promotion Time at Thanksgiving and told me I would get 50 percent off of the Samsung Fold 3 but would not put it in writing. They said they don't do that and so I trusted them and took their word for it. They did not show me the fine print that I had to have a trade in of a certain type. Came in to this location because I was in town and needed to get my mother-in-law a new phone. I walked in 30 minutes prior to closing time and it was pretty busy. I waited about 15 minutes and suddenly 5 more customers walked. Almost felt bad for the staff but hey that's business. The guy in charge seemed to take it well also as he would tell people they close soon but are guaranteed to be seen. Staff was nice and did a good job taking care of customers quick. Only thing I recommend is that they keep some kind of sign in list to keep track of the order of customers as they come in. When it was my turn to be seen, I was skipped and a man that came in after me was seen. I let them know it was my turn but he can go ahead of me. On April 12, 2021 I experience the worst customer services, I can't believe the owner of this establishment hire an associate that lacks in manners, rude discourteous behavior, lack of knowledge of the product and policy, not resolving a complaint and using negative language. I have been a loyal customer to T-Mobile for 12 years. I must admit there was a miscommunication from both sides. My brother and father bought a phone instead of doing a trade in deal. The women originally said they didn't qualify and had to buy a new phone. I call the store and explain there was a miscommunication and inform them that they do qualified because I spoke with cooperate, which CESAR said we can resolve this issue. Cesar said to come back to the store and talk to him, once we get there. A young women approach us and we said we are here for CESAR and she said ""NO WAY and YOUR ARE TALKING TO ME NOW". I inform this young women that we are here to do a trade in deal instead of buying a phone. The promotion states to do a trade in deal and add a line as well. In order to receive store credit to buy a new phone. My brother who is disable and going through a disease had to see a medic after this because of the situation. It was so frustrating with the incompetence of this associate. She raise her voice and said it was all your fault for not communicating well. she decided to resolve the issue. I can tell she didn't care and wanted us out of the store. So once she understood about the trade in deal promotion. She said the phone not paid off and my brother told her the phone was already paid off but she kept finding excuses. She then grabs the phone and not even 5 second said you don't qualified for the promotion because of the screen protector is shatter and that must mean the screen is as well. The incompetence of this associate can't even open her eyes, which explain the poor manner must be genetics. At this point I knew she had it bad for us. Since we didn't qualified for the deal, we had no choice but to return the new phone back and we expected a refund and she said "HELL NO" it a restock fee now. You don't get back your deposit of $123.00. We basically paid this establishment to walk in and out for a fee of $123.00. She mess up my account by keeping this additional line as well with no phone. My father spoke up and said its injustice that we paid 123.00. She said "I will call the police if you don't leave, so get the F**K OUT". I was upset that my brother had to go through this because of his medical condition. Once out of the store, we went to a different T-Mobile store and they inspect the phone and accepted the phone , but I decided to call corporate and explain the situation. They call the store and wanted to talk to the manager. The first call with corporate the store decided to answer and hang up on her. The second call they put her on wait and said my manger will talk to you and then hang up on her. The third call they said no one came at the store with that situation, but the idiots didn't know it was in the notes, that we were in that store and they still hang up on corporate. I was just trying to trade my brother phone and paid the difference for him. Very disappointed. We came in and got asked to wait outside while the 2 gentlemen finished with there guests that's fine not a problem then a young lady got in line after us. The manager gionne walks up and tells us we can wait inside until thrte finished. The whole entire time he's outside flirting with the young lady. Once one of the gentlenan finished with there customer he tells him to help the young lady first. What she was doing was gonna take less time then us I get it but it would have been nice for him to communicate with us and to make sure it was ok for her to go first. I came in to purchase a phone I was told about the kid watches. It was mentioned that I would make $10 payments a month she checked my credit she said "you would need to make a down payment of 288 + fees + taxes" she said "you will be getting the money back to your account once you receive your shipment". She said " basically it's free" she said "you will get the money back to your account." So I was like okay "sounds good if I'm getting my money back." So the way she worded it made it sound like the money was going back to my bank account. So next day comes I contact customer service and they told me that that the down payment will go towards the "t Mobil account" not the bank account. The representative told me I will get credited $7 a month for 24 months to my t Mobil account. So at this point I was upset because this was not mentioned to me. They did leave out those important details. I called the store I spoke to the same girl who told me about the "money back" and I asked if I will be getting my $288 back to my card she said no to your "t Mobil account in payments I let her know nicely "those specific details were not mentioned" she said "yes they were I was there when you were being assisted I was the one who told you" I let her know, " you told me the $288 will be credited "BACK" to my account" " you never mentioned which account" the way you worded it made it sound like it was to my bank account" she said "you only have one account" I said well in the conversation there is two accounts involved there is the bank account and t Mobil account so there is 2 accounts involved so because you didn't say t Mobil account I took it as my bank account" she said " it wasn't explained wrong" I told her " I'm not saying it was explained wrong I'm letting you know how it can be taken without mentioning which account given that there are 2 accounts involved " I told her "the way it was explained can be taken differently" and all she said was "not really" so the lady at the store didn't acknowledge the miss communication she seemed on self defense she didn't pardon the confusion or espressos led any sympathy or concern for the advice and concer I had she was more argumentative.. she kept saying " it wasn't explained wrong" well I'm not saying that at all there was just certain important information that was failed to be mentioned. if someone says "the down payment will be $288 and it will be credited back to your account as soon as you receive order so we will give you the money back" doesn't that sound like it will go to your bank card? Also I wasn't mentioned that I will go back $7 monthly for 24 months to my t Mobil account other wise I would have definitely not purchased at all. This lack of information given cause me distress and a financial issue. I will make sure this is mentioned to the store to be more detailed w their sell. And customer service at the store should be more understanding instead of feeling Defensive on every sentence the customer is explaining nicely. I felt like it was personal to her, and on self defense mode, And not very professional it was quite rude and she had a bit of attitude. read more
