Brian came to meet with us, look at the house and property layout, and suggest various options. Recognizing and appreciating the home's age and historical significance, he proceeded to provide recommendations that would avoid or minimize drilling into the concrete walls and hard wood floors as well as keep the wiring out of sight. The Simply Wired team was amazing! They first focused on troubleshooting the phone landline and ports and found various fixes that needed to be made including up on the roof at the entry point of the phone service line. Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. The Simply Wired team was professional, responsive, thorough, and clean throughout the entire job. We have worked with other contractors over the years in various fields where the service and quality were lacking, but working with Brian and Ramon was an absolute delight, and I highly recommend Simply Wired.

As someone who works in tech, having a reliable and high-performance network is critical for my daily uploads and downloads--and thanks to Telesystems, everything came out perfectly. The setup is not only functional but also incredibly clean and professional. If you're looking for someone who truly knows what they're doing and takes real pride in their work, Mark is your guy. Even in remote areas where I thought a local vendor would suffice, it always ended up being worth it to bring Telcomtec in. Even on smaller bids. So instead of telling you how much I like the hamburger or the pulled pork, I'll tell you how much I like the singlemode fiber provision. I needed to have rock-solid home internet that was not just going to work "most of the time". I need it to work absolutely all the time, and for my application I need just as much upload bandwidth as download. I contacted half a dozen vendors before I discovered wave.band. The others were a waste of my time. The sales people didn't know anything, didn't understand what I wanted, and kept trying to sell me things that I didn't want to buy. No, I don't want HBO Max bundled with my business internet. The representative I dealt with at wave.band was wonderful. He worked with me for weeks to research possibilities, found two solid options, and stayed with me while we jointly explored the pricing and schedule. He helped me deal with the site inspection, the installers, and even the billing. I literally could not have done it without them. Wave.band is not just "an ISP". They are a full-service communications company offering business phone service, call center service, internet service, cloud storage, and (best of all) customer support. Thanks to wave.band, I now have a singlemode fiber internet connection at my home office. There is a little box in my garage that connects to the outdoor fiber optic cables and to my home network, with 5 static IP addresses and a hardwired Ethernet connection to my router. It got installed in September. It is now the middle of February. Everything has worked flawlessly. Never once did I wonder "gosh, maybe the internet is down", because of course it wasn't. I already had a business telephone system, but I reconfigured it to use the fiber-optic internet service provided by wave.band. Phone calls "just work".
