This place always disappoints. I agree with another review, which puts ALL into perspective. The guys here are super cocky. When asking why the quality of a video on an iPhone 6 looked pixelated, the fella, who I am pretty sure is a manager, said, "That's the quality of the product. What you see is what you get." Steve Jobs is rolling over in his grave!! COCKY!!! Just because these phones are on back order does not entitle them to be so carefree. He comes off as rude and ignorant. Then another fella later explained why this was happening, but I have had one too many experiences like the mentioned. This place sucks a%$, after calling on of the guys to see if the have a Apple product that I was looking for they promise they will have it after a certain time. I wanted to shop local and a chance to do bussiness with them, but to my displease I arrived on the time we discussed when there he attended another person that was behind me, i said ok it might take about 10-15 of my time, instead it to ok moré than 30 min in the customer asking dumb questions, the customer service is not acceptable, wont be back to this nasty place plus phones most were low on battery too...cant even test. read more

Very disappointed. I came here twice to try to get a new micro sim card. Signed in and told the staff the reason of the visit. The line was very long. Waited 30 minites before getting assisted. And when it was my turn, the staff told me he needed my phone for me to get the card which would be $15. I wished he could have told me earlier so I could totally use the waiting time to get the phone. First he got my account wrong. And he said that I had to pay another $15 if the micro sim card I got didn't fit. Not helpful at all. Wasted so much time here and walked with nothing done! read more

There should be a zero star to this review!!! I am so frustrated right now because of this store's lack of customer service and training from the manager down to the representatives. I went to this store on Sunday, Dec 3 @ around 2pm with my auntie to get a new phone for her. As an S.O.P., Johnny (the sales rep) asked for my ID since it is under my plan. Normally, reps would give it back after checking, but he didnt. Instead, he put my DL on the screen of his computer. I thought, maybe bec I was going to make a purchase and he needed to keep it there. So we went about the process of getting a phone, payment, and activation. After everything was done my aunt and I left the store and went straight home. Around 5.30pm, my daughter had asked me for money to buy something and when I went and got my wallet, thats when I noticed that my DL wasn't in the slot. I knew then that I had left it in the T-Mobile store in Chino. So I immediately called the store and asked. All the reps that I spoke with said that 1. Johnny had left already, 2. They can't find my DL anywhere, 3. The safe where they normally put unclaimed items is already closed and will not be opened until 10am the following day. FRUSTRATING?? Of course!!! Have to drive to work Monday!!!! So I called next day at 10am to check. The rep said, my DL was not in the safe. I asked what time will Johnny come in and he said 1pm. I called again and another rep said Johnny doesnt work on Mondays. At this point I asked to speak to a manager hoping that he would be able to help me. I EXPLAINED him that ALL I WANTED TO KNOW is if Johnny has my DL and maybe ask him where he had kept it....bec if he didnt have it then I dont have a choice but to go through the hassle of getting a replacement card. To my surprise, the bold answer was "WELL, I'M SORRY BUT OUR POLICY IS WHEN A REP IS OFF, WE CANNOT CONTACT THEM FOR ANY WORK RELATED MATTER." I fumed back and told him that first of all this whole thing was not my fault, but the fault of your incompetent staff. The least you could do is get in touch with him and ask!!! He just went ahead and told me to wait until today and that he had left an email to Johnny to get in touch with me first thing in the morning. Johnny was to be at work by 12:30pm.... did I get a call? NO!!! I had to call the store again!!! This time Johnny picked up the call, when I asked him about my DL, he remembered me (of course!!!) and he went ahead to check.... obviously, IT WAS THERE!!!! I must say that this particular store is made up of incompetent staff and managers. This incident needed immediate attention but they all chose to ignore it. read more

This is by far the best T-Mobile store that I have been too. They are always welcoming when you come in and ready to assist you. I have a business account with T-Mobile and I feel like I get treated like royalty.... They have always taken care of me in a timely manner and with excellent customer service. I have dealt with Luis, Christian C. and Ceasar and they are all AMAZING !!!!!! They really take the time to help you with whatever your needs are and are very dedicated to helping the customer. I have NEVER been disappointed with this store and will NOT go to any other store as I have gotten horrible customer service elsewhere. If you ever purchase a phone at this location be careful!!! My sisters had bought an iPhone 7 when she ask for the iPhone 8 the girl that was helping her was not feel like working that day n gave them a bad service!!! So since they run out of I phone 8 they give her the 7 with out telling them till the next day that my sister found out we went to the store n told !! First they say that we were getting charge than the guy call the manager to tell him n he came out telling us that they don't have the 8!!! Ive gone here several times and I always tried to avoid help from a specific employee because of his attitude he gave my dad and I. I went just the other day, and I was being helped out when the employee I dislike decides to jump in. He tried to convince me to buy something, and after I said I wasn't interested, he threw a little fit...and I wasn't surprised. The only things I was convinced about was that it looks like he uses eyeliner and the crappy tattoo he has on his forearm, was probably done by one of his "homeboys" in his garage. They should have a line for customers that are only paying their bill but they make customers wait for 30+ minutes just to pay the bill and when I ask who can we speak to in regards to this issue the girl has a smart ass comment and tells me to speak to the CEO. read more

I went into this T - Mobile today with my dad to add a line to his account for me, as soon as we walked through the door we already had an associate ready to help us. We were helped by Brent L and Luis V, they were both super great! Very Friendly, helped us out with everything we needed and more. Made us felt welcomed and even put us in a good mood since we were tired and irritated before walking in. So friendly, Made small talk with my niece (who is 7yrs old), made her feel special (: Made some small talk and jokes while waiting for my phone to activate and get set up. Was really nice. Brought us out water for us while we waited also. Overall, My family and I had a great experience here. They were ready and wanted to help us. Everyone had a smile on their face and was in an up beat mood and it was great. Answered all our questions and informed us with their deals and plans. They were all so nice, fun, and friendly. Definitely was comfortable and will be doing business at this T-Mobile location for now on. read more

This is by farthest the best cellphone company I've switched too. I was a MetroPCS customer for over 6 years just because I love unlimited plans. I use calling and texting a lot, which is why I had metro..unlimited plans. I knew at&t didn't offer unlimited plans, Verizon is way too expensive and Sprint; well theyre on another planet. The iPhone is overrated, but has been one of my goals to get one. So I decided to try out T-Mobile in Chino. I heard about the LG-G2 and it's 13 megapixel camera... wow; astonishing. I waited about 30mins before I got helped. They were busy. Busy store. A young man with a beard named Javier, helped me out. Very friendly, sympathetic, and knowledgeable customer sales representative. I was asking about the iPhone and he immediately proceeded to explain the details. Very knowledgeable again. He then said let me show you our G2 and boy was I surprised. He really talked me into LG. I was hoping to purchase something other than an LG since with metro, all I had was LG phones. The Optimus being my latest one. The price was extremely good. The payments on the phone extremely low. The feature packages, ridiculously awesome. I've never been so satisfied with a smartphone as much as my LG-G2. Thanks a bunch to Javier Baltazar for making my experience so much more pleasant. My husband went to T-Mobile local store in Chino California. He was mislead the salesman. He was told that he qualified for a free iPhone SE with the purchase of an iPhone 6s or 7s. So my daughter upgraded to the 6s. The salesman convinced my husband for the SE to get it free. My husband's rebate was denied. He called and the customer service Representative Christine told my husband that he didn't qualified because he purchased the phone online. FALSE... He purchased it in person. When he clarified that. Then Christine told him it was because it had expired. FALSE again the rebate was submitted on time. Speaking with Christine's supervisor he told my husband that it was that we had to change the plan. The salesman never mentioned to us that our plan didn't qualified and a switch to a different plan was needed. So do not believe the sales person. They misrepresented T-Mobile and lied to us. Do not believe in T-Mobile and their salesmen. And do not go to this store in Chino on Central Avenue. We are returning the phone tomorrow and do not expect to pay restocking fees. We are willing to sue T-Mobile in small claims for it. Cancel our plan and move on to another company read more

a couple of days ago, i came in with a question, and as soon as i walked in all of the ones working stated welcome to t-mobile! it was a great customer service.. anyways the 2 workers were busy, but one named jessica who helped me was really nice, she said shell be right with me... i explained what i was going threw, and it she helped me for a while, got me my new iphone 5s, and explained in detail on how to receive the discount for my place of work. she turned in the paper work for me and helped me for a long time! she was really nice! i told her my sister and my mom would be coming in that day to get my sister a new iphone as well. jessica was the most helpful person! earlier that day i came back and she was helping my sister and my mom, and she was still the same friendly person! she helped them and was awesome! good job jessica! read more

Needed to have my new LG Phone set up from the old one. On February 26 my wife & I went to this store. Three phenomenal employees deserve commendation for excellent customer service skills. David, for quickly checking us into our visit. Then we were helped by Karla, who initiated data transfer from the old phone to the new. Although she needed to take her lunch, she said that if we needed anything, to see David. My wife & I were just waiting for all the data to transfer. The extra special help came from a nice girl named Araceli. Because although she was assisting another customer, the phone asked us for a "choice" to make, and as we were thinking "Uh,...we gotta get David, Araceli turned around from who she was helping, not once, but TWICE, and very kindly told my wife which selection to accept. All three of these team members very much added to the ease with which we were helped. I promised Araceli I was going to put all three of them on Yelp, and so now I'm happy to keep that promise! read more

Everytime I walk into this store they add things that I did not agree too and then I find them on my bill the next month and say well do you have that in writing? Really I wasn't aware I needed a lawyer to read the fine print on something your sales person told me that obviously was wrong. Then a month later they offer me a $115 credit on my old phone but never placed it on my bill and when I tried to talk to a manager he wrote my name down for a simple question and told me an hour and a half wait. I told him this is ridiculous you can't keep charging me for things and take my phone and not credit my account I'm going to look at Verizon and he had the nerve to say "if you don't want to wait patiently go to Verizon I don't care". I called customer service they "lost" my credit. Honestly it's a horrible company. You can't secretly add stuff and not pay people for the stuff they had purchased, it's called fraud and stealing.
