I am a transitioning Sprint customer who has hesitated to visit a T-mobile store to transfer over to the T-Mobile network. I was afraid of having issues or my plans being impacted cost wise. I received another text reminder to visit a T-mobile store to be transferred over. I decided to give in and made an appointment at the local T-mobile store. They are implementing Covid-19 and social distancing policies and are only allowing 8 people in the store at a given time. I appreciated their safety protocols, checked in at the door and waited outside for maybe 5 mins for the next available associate. Juliana inquired on the reason for my visit, I explained to her that I was Sprint customer looking to convert over to the T-mobile network for my 3 mobile phones i had on my account. She asked a few questions to get logged into my account and took it from there. She was able to install 3 new SIM cards into my iPhones and diligently asked me to test each phone after she installed the SIM cards. I was able to be in and out of the T-Mobile store in less than 45 minutes, this was very appreciated considering I didn't want to be anywhere for along period of time because of the pandemic. Julieann was the salesperson who helped us with our new phone. She was nice, but it didn't seem genuine. When asking her a multitude of questions about different phones, I got that vibe that she isn't a patient person down deep inside. If you're working with customers, that's one of the most important traits you should possess. Maybe her being pregnant had something to do with her little attitude. Walked in cause it was the closest T-Mobile to me. Was curious on upgrading my phone. 3 employees were just chatting amongst each other and staring at me. I'm just minding my own business looking at all the different models of phones they had. No hi. No hello. No welcome. No how can I help you? I notice they were also too busy looking out the door and focusing on whatever was going on outside of the store instead of me, inside their store. Mind you, it wasn't busy and it was just me. Finally a young petite Latina women approached me. I told her my needs and off the bat she had a rude energy and tone of voice. This is not the professional customer service I expect from a T-Mobile employee. Corporate should investigate management and staff at this location because it's not up to par with the brand. I don't recommend coming here. I ended up going to Cerritos town center location and they helped me and treated me right. I upgraded my phone there without a problem. read more

Attention T-Mobile customers in the Cerritos area! There is a store location across from the Cerritos Mall on South street and it has all your T-Mobile needs in one convenient store with a wide array of merchandise. It is convenient to the 605 freeway and within walking distance to Lucille's BBQ! I came here on a weekday because the T-Mobile pink flag beckoned me as I drove by and I was interested in what this store compared to a kiosk would literally have "in store." The staff are friendly and new, just like the store. I find this location to be a nice alternative to the Cerritos mall kiosk because here you can park right in front of the store and trust that the employees will be knowledgeable about the products which are direct from the manufacturer. When I asked the store manager about other T-Mobile locations close by, he told me to beware of the 3rd party type stores which claim to be official or authorized T-Mobile dealers, but actually are privately owned small business owners who may not have current or even dependable products. In other words, trust those in the T-Mobile uniforms because they are the ones who are selling you the actual products direct from the source. So if you are a T-Mobile customer, I strongly suggest you purchase your phones and accessories at an actual T-Mobile store because you will get the actual product for the actual price and you will become a satisfACTUAL customer (I know that's not a real word, but it actually works doesn't it?)! read more

Excellent customer service from Jeffrey and I believe the manager but I forgot his name. They were extremely patient and dealt w all issues that came up in a quick and professional manner. Would highly recommend going to this location. They know their stuff and make the process as easy as possible. My husband went here a few days ago. We wanted to switch from our current plan that we've had for 13 years. He walked in and no one there acknowledged him at all. He waited for 15 minutes, before he walked out. The two ladies that were there did not greet him or even acknowledged his presence. I always seem to have phone drama... It's almost as if I have a magnetic force that draws electronic malfunctioning energy into my computers, phones and car navigation systems. Urrghh... Ok, to the point. I used to have Sprint for 15 years but my husband (fiance at the time) swore that Tmobile was way better and offered to add me to his plan. I am a loyalist when I do business, but my phone worked like crap and the service in our home wasn't the best so I was game. I initially got the Samsung Galaxy 2 or 3 because everyone else I knew felt it was a good phone. Ummm... I had problems with that phone for months and had to get at least two replacements. NO BUENO! The upside of the drama was that in general, the Tmobile staff at this location were always great. When my phone started to have trouble again, I came to the store since I wasn't getting half of my calls and they were going straight to voicemail. I found out about the new JUMP plan and the buy back program they were offering. SCHWINNGGG! AWESOME! Iphone it was.. and I lived happily ever after. Well, ask me that question again in 40 years... but I am happier with my phone. Plus, now I can switch phones a couple times a year as long as my phone is in great condition. Holla! He seemed to give honest reviews of products and didn't push any unnecessary items on us. We were also helped very quickly, no line (Tues eve around 6:30 pm). This store only wants your money. I specifically told the employee I had T-mobile in 2015 but had to switch to AT&T because of the service I was receiving in Florida (which was terrible). I moved here to CA and service with AT&T was now terrible, so I decided to switch back to T-Mobile. Even if I did not tell the employee that I had T-Mobile (which I did), he knew because my closed account was still showing up. I submitted carrier Freedom for T-Mobile to pay off my iphone X from AT&T and they basically stated they couldn't because I had T-Mobile within the last 3 years (This was never stated in this store). I went back to the store to speak to Jeffrey or Jofrey (who had originally sold me my service) and he said he had spoken to his manager and he was going to speak to the district manager so that I can receive payment for the Iphone X I had turned in. They collected my number to call me back. 2 days passed by, did not receive a call. I called them back and they said they were working on it. 4 days later, I called again and they basically stated I "lied" because I did not mention that I had T-Mobile in the past and that there was nothing they can do. There was never any follow-up from anyone. Thank god, customer service over the phone was able to help me out: Michael from carrier freedom. I do not recommend this store to anyone, all staff including the managers are incompetent and have no clue. Accusing me of lying is incomprehensible and flat out rude. read more

I have been with T mobile for 8 yrs, I thought they were great because I never running to an issue always pay bill on time, not until I switch over to another carrier. When I called to have my daughter phone unlock they were able to do it immediately, I was able the get unlock code right the way, but when I need to unlock my phone it take forever, I still waiting for them to unlock it. It very frustrat d to not have a phone for a week now. I have called at 11pm spoke with Bob who is a supervisor he said there is nothing he can do... but to wait for tech support, why I able to get it unlock for the first in very moment??? Bob pretty much does not want to help me. All I need is to unlock the phone that I bought from you guys, have I know this I would buy it from Apple store instead. HORRIBLE!!!! read more

I always dread going to any phone carrier, for whatever reason. The service is usually unpleasant and slow. However, I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've been here a good number of times and have interacted with a lot of different associates. Every single one has provided me with a useful and informational visit. With the exception of one or two visits, I didn't need to wait long to be helped. They've helped me find ways to save phone and I never felt pressured to buy more than I need. The absolute best is Jessica who I have purchased my last few phones from and she provides top notch customer service. She makes sure she offers me products that will be useful for my family and is never pushy or aggressive. Jessica is knowledgeable, attentive, sweet and kind. If she is not available, I usually return when she is back on the schedule because I trust her to take care of me and my mobile phone needs.
