The manager approached looked up the notes and told me I didn't qualify for the promotions I was getting. He asked me to call customer serve since he couldn't be bothered to call and find out why! We left although he apologied that the store and customer service was different I don't tolerate rudeness. We headed to the Calloway store greater with the best customer service and a smooth transaction.... I received a quote immediately (much lower than my Spectrum charges), selected the type of phone I wanted and was pleased to find that my current phone numbers could be transferred to my new phone even though I was no longer in the same area code.
