To watch a service tech wait for an hour, or more, is a horrific way to emphasize how BAD your company is. And stop making your service technician be "sales". Stop having them push DISH upgrades or services like drug dealers peddling drugs. Jeesh. Those service tech's cannot "push" a product while on hold for hours trying to fix another DISH product. The way DISH treats its own employees in the field, who are usually dealing with their customers face-to-face, is exactly the way they treat their customers; a nightmare.

While we were looking at the Meta glasses , on display mind you , a woman ( she had black hair with glasses on ) who seems to be a manager came up 2 inches away from me and asked if there was anything she could help us with . There's security by the door for a reason , they weren't trying to harass us and the displays are for customers to be looked at. Our job, which was to replace some sections of a kitchen island that had water damage, took him two seperate days and maybe a total of eight hours. We are satisfied with the work, thus far (will update if anything comes up). The only thing that was a real bummer was a floor tile that was broken during the demo. And since we didn't have any extras, had to be epoxied back together. Luckily, it's not in a place where people will see it.
