    No sense of urgency. It took about 50 minutes to just turn in device. I recommend going to another store or turning it in some other way.

    The worst tv/cable service on the market. I complain weekly and it only gets worse. They finally hung up on me tonight. SHAME

    I just had to visit the T-Mobile on Ming to get my issue sorted out…read more Came in yesterday to see if I could get my phone replaced because I dropped it and the screen is now malfunctioning. Girl with pokemon nails barely looked at my phone, just gave me her tablet and made me fill out the online Assurant insurance form. I did so and towards the end it showed a balance of ~$100 if i got approved. Got the email today of the approval but it says phone upgrade, I did not want an upgrade I just wanted an equal replacement. The link on the email i got didnt even work, so i headed over to the California branch and doors were locked past 11am, sat in my car for a bit to see if they would open it but they didn't so I went to the location on Ming. I was unable to reverse the Upgraded insurance claim, and I had to pay the ~$100 difference. The girl at the California location did not inform me about anything, did not look at my phone at all, just gave me a form I could've done at home with the WRONG information. Incredibly frustrated. Wasted my time and the other t-mobile representative who used his personal phone to let me call Assurant to figure out what the hell I signed up for and what kind of "upgrade" I got, which seems to be just the exact same phone I'm trying to replace. It's obvious this locations workers don't care at all.

For some reason, my carrier was trying to get me to replace my iPhone13. I just had some scratches on the screen so All I wanted was a new screen. I stopped in the store on a whim to see if someone could advise me. Wyatt, the manager, and John were both so helpful! They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. Wyatt really got the ball rolling and the rep reopened claim for a new screen. Voila!! John had the new screen put on in Only 15 minutes!!! I am beyond impressed. The helpful service I received! I highly recommend this California Avenue location of uBreakiFix by Asurion!

    I filed a claim online to schedule service through Asurion. Online scheduling was easy enough to…read moremanage and I was able to come in same day, hoping for a quick fix. Unfortunately, phone screen was too damaged that Face ID cannot be activated any longer. Additionally, owner of device cannot remember iCloud pw so Find My iPhone feature cannot be turned on so the fix can be applied. Nonetheless, Kevin gets an A for effort as he did his best to provide some solutions. To no avail, the device was damaged to the point of no return. Best that could be done was apply tape on screen to hold it in place as it makes its way to Asurion.

Bree reviewed my phone plan, helped me to remove a service ordered by mistake, and found a better plan for me. She also found a great value deal on home internet and TV. We had Kimberly and she was super helpful and we appreciated her assistance, but the whole process in itself should not have taken as long as it did. From faulty equipment to the too lazy to go ask a question ( not Kimberly), we were not impressed at all and agreed the change over was not worth the value of the hassle. Not to mention, I see dropped pants on guys regularly, on the streets. I shouldn't have to see a representative of AT&T wearing them like that in the store, but hey, at least your underwear matched the AT&T colors, Al.
