Omg the line was so long and this place was so crowded-- and it was only 10:30am. Surprised to see so many people in that store, They had stuff on sale, don't know if that was why but we wound up standing in line for about 20 minutes. (They had 2 cashiers at first and finally opened another one 15 minutes into our wait.) Wish they had more women stuff, but hubby wound up with an arm full of things from the Mens department so at least he was happy. Don't know what else to say, it's Nike, they have lots of nice stuff. we came here on a hot morning and it was pretty good! the service was good and came over to us without us asking. We asked for a size higher of a shoe and they gave it right to us, we decided we wanted to get a different pare but that was ok (Shout-out to Alian for helping us with that) problem was Yes, the shoes were already 30% off but we wanted the additional 15% discount so we had to sign up for the Nike app, that took a while and it was not too worth it: We got to the Cashier and and we had to log into my Nike account again in order to get the 15% discount and one of the steps was to put in a code from an email but we didn't have the device that had the email logged into it! but Abbey (The cashier I also wanna give a shout-out to) let us not finish the Log in and take the shoes so that was nice. read more

I can't believe we stumbled across this great Nike store on our recent stop at the Outlets at Tejon. The selection and service were really good here! We wandered into this store, and we all found some good deals on some great items right away. My husband found some nice running shoes and t-shirts, my son saw a great duffle bag, and I found the cutest cross-trainers on sale! This store was organized, clean, and had a wonderful selection of clothing and shoes. There were also plenty of staff throughout the store. When I needed to find those great cross-trainers in the right size, a helpful staff member found the shoes in a flash! Although my husband didn't think the service was as great as a I did, I still think this store has really cute things at some good prices. I would definitely stop by here again on our next visit to the Outlets at Tejon! read more

We stop at the Nike store every time we drive back from LA. I swear every time I go I find something I want. Whether it's for my kids or myself they have lots of variety. This is one of the best Nike outlets in my opinion. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Lines are never too long and they always have additional sales. We got some soccer cleats for my daughter for $9! What a deal. If you have the Nike app you can get more coupons there too. read more

Wow! What a selection! I was blown away... lots of different styles and various sizes were available. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. If you are paying by card, associates can ring you up anywhere in the store without you having to stand in line, which is pretty nifty. I bet that's helpful during the holiday season! read more

Went in to buy two pairs of running shoes and a pair of slides and came out with nothing. Right before I went to get in line I asked for the restroom and the employee gave a snarky comment on how customers should go to the bathroom somewhere else. One of the most organized and clean Nike Factory stores we've been to. This location seems to always have a great selection in various sizes. The staff is very friendly and ensures customers are taken care of. We've been to this location when it's been jammed packed and other times when it's been empty. Anytime you go, there is consistency with great customer service offering you a bag, to carry your items to the front, finding sizes. On top of all that, the tax is only 7.5% in this area... winner! read more

It's a Nike Factory Store. If you've been to one you've been to all. I'm not usually an outlet shopper. The items are often lesser quality and just slightly cheaper than regular MSRP. They do have a great selection of Nike sneakers. I'm no sneakerhead - unless it's got 4" and a red sole, I'm oblivious to the footwear trends. I snagged a pair of my favorite black Nike stretchy pants. Good for almost anything - these things have been my go-to activity pants for many years. Plus they aren't sheer. There was a small section for boys & girls. There were some adorable matching outfits for girls that I swear, I'd wear if it were in my size. At checkout the register wasn't working and they were taking all cards via a cell-phone apparatus. I wish the associate explained what was going on, because if I didn't catch a glimpse of the screen, I would've thought she was doing something fishy with my card. Needless to say, I'll definitely be checking my statement. read more

This Nike store will be busy when many of the other stores are not. There are a lot of staff members working the floor which leads to the next question. Why is there only two stations open up front to check people out and take the money? Anyhow it is a good store, not too messy and a great place for people watching. I can come in here and I am ready to go in 15 minutes, but my wife can easily stay for 30 to 45 minutes. They have a good selection of Nike gear and the prices are discounted on much of the merchandise. read more

I never leave reviews but my experience was good and bad. I was greeted in as they always do and I was serviced very well. I was checked on by Alexus, David, Jenifer and Taylor. All of them were extremely kind and helpful except for when I came across the manager. Can't remember the name of him for the life of me but he was a tall white man blondish man. He was dismissive, rude, and seemed to be in a bad mood. Talked to me like I was stupid. I was mostly surprised when i heard him speak that way to his EMPLOYEES. He was talking to them rudely and passive aggressively. How can a manager speak to their employees so meanly Nd expect them to want to work there? The store was extremely busy and they were getting round to everyone and trying their best but he just assumes they were all standing around doing nothing. Every Tom I go in I ask if he's there so I can stay away, I used to work in customer service and would hate being spoken to the way he spoke to his employees and he spoke to them that way in front of customers. So I was at the outlets on a few weeks ago and I asked one of the employees,Jennifer, in the shoes department for assistance, she walked over to me. As she approached me I noticed she smelled like a now legal plant, if you guys know what I mean, so I asked her if she was smoking before her shift and after that that she ignored me and wouldn't help me. Excellent customer service. I was looking for a particular shoe and and size. With the help of Lynn another worker there she went above and beyond her expectations as a worker. Digging deep and finding that one pair of shoe that I wanted came in clutch with her help. She was patient and I even told her that it was ok that it couldn't be found, she insisted that she will find them. About 30 min later I thought she forgot about me and all of a sudden to my surprise she was coming right behind me with my shoes. -clean store -great prices -excellent QUALITY service -the store manager was also helpful to my mom. My wife and I are bulk shoe buyers. We spend a lot of money travelling to different Nike outlet locations. Today we decided to visit the Tejon location. Before going we decided to call to make sure the shoes we wanted to buy were available due to it was going to be very foggy on the trip back home to Fresno. The staff at Tejon informed us that they have plenty of the Nikes we requested in stock and someone in footwear will assist us when we arrived. Needless to say we were very excited because we operate a group home and also help other under privileged kids in the neighborhood. We arrived and asked the staff about the shoes we discussed but no one knew what we were talking about and we were ignored and left to search around aimlessly looking on shelves trying to find shoes that were on sale with no luck. When we attempted to ask other employees we saw walking the floor about the shoes we were told would be available they would go to the stockroom and not come out. We got back into our car and made the foggy trip back home confused and disappointed. read more

Drove all the way from LA, to be disappointed. Purpose of going to an outlet is to get their products at a discount rate. An employee explained that sale pricing was from original product pricing and not store pricing. Which never has it been the case in the past with any outlets. I came into the store about 20 minutes before closing time, so I was fortunate enough not to have caught any crowds. There was a small selection of men's clothing and most of those items were the same prices as they would be at Ross or Marshall's. The shoe selection was slightly better than the other Nike Outlets that I've been to, but the more popular shoe sizes were out of stock. Although I'd consider this store to be lackluster, it's still worth dropping in on from time to time to see what is in stock. read more
