Then upon check out, my friend was given the incorrect change (she has to walk the cashier through the math) and I used a gift certificate and when I asked her how much was left her response was "No". But my receipt said $20+. Next time I'll just order online. Not worth the drive.

I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to exchange the shoes for a different size for my son. Unfortunately, the manager refused to make an exception, even though it was only two days past the return period. I ended up having to purchase another pair for my son for his birthday. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was simply handled and that the final decision had been made. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. Good customer service starts with good management, and a good manager can make a big difference in keeping customers coming back.
