Let's all keep in mind NOONE is perfect and those who feel entitled to special treatment for loyalty baffles me. People take advantage of their extremely convenient services and then feel the entitlement to leave a bad review? All because some of you feel you are not being rewarded for loyalty?!? How can that claim be factual when they give you points for every order? Points you can then turn into discounts. I think that's a pretty fair gesture of appreciation! This is a company that has beat the odds (considering the product) and found a way to provide very consistent services for the 420 family! They have awesome service times, even 1hour express!!! Let alone the vast variety of products and the best daily discounts. Anytime an issue arose, not often, the staff has always been fast and eager to fix the issue. THIS IS A 5 STAR BUSINESS!!!! Except my tire popped and it ripped open my gas pipe so I could no longer fuel up my tank without it leaking and not getting into my gas tank. It's really nice that when you call and he doesn't pick up, it sends an automated message and from there he gets back to you and you can message him your problem first to make sure he can fix it before wasting your time getting there and him not being able to fix the problem. After taking a look at my car's issue, he lets us kno what he can do and that he needs to get the parts the next day when the dealership opens back up in the morning. Next day rolls by and I message him in the morning asking for an update. He lets me know the dealership does not have our parts but offers a solution to get me back home! He fixes the issue quickly and at a great price! Jeremy is a credible and authentic mechanic!!! Very reliable. Another mention! When he was done assessing the issue, we asked if we could leave the car with him and uber back to our hotel since we didn't have any gas left. He said yes and so we left the keys with him. Me and my friend, both girls, were now waiting outside 15 minutes for our uber in the dark. However Jeremy waited for our uber to get there and then left, what a gentleman!
