I had an amazing shopping experience here on 5/1/2026. I was in search of an item and approached an SA who quickly offered to check in the back. Not only did they have the item I wanted (sold out online) she offered the same item in pink! My dream item! I said of course! She saw my excitement and also offered a unicorn purse that was available due to a missed customer pick up. I'll keep the bag name secret but let me just say, I'm on cloud 9! This location is beautiful, but I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was there. The staff greeted me with an unwelcoming tone, and I felt like I was being watched the entire time. I was approached by five different staff members within 20 minutes, asking if I needed help. Usually that reflects great customer service, but it definitely felt like I was being monitored and suspected of shoplifting rather than actually being assisted. I came in knowing exactly what I was going to purchase. I wanted to browse the rest of their current in-store selection and see if I wanted to buy anything else. The experience was so unpleasant, I only purchased the one item and left quickly. Maybe they judged me based off of what I was wearing or how I looked? Whatever the case may be, it seems like I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience at this store. read more

Horrible customer service. I walked into the store and was the only customer in the store. 4 workers were chatting at the cash register. One greeted me quickly and then went back to chatting. I walked the entire perimeter of the store - picking up purses and inspecting them. Not one time did anyone offer any assistance. As I walked out the door, there was somewhere there who told me goodbye. I went a few doors down to Kate Spade and was greeted and offered excellent customer service. I bought a purse. I then returned to speak to the manager of Coach to let her know of the customer service failure and lost sale and it turned out she was the chatterer that briefly greeted me. Very clean, nice place to shop. When we first walked in, a judgmental woman stared at us as we browsed the store, maybe because of how we were dressed -- it's a weekend, and it's like 1000 degrees out who wants to get all dolled up? But she seemed to care less and less after we found a salesperson to work with. Bought bday presents for 2 of our kids, and hubby asked if they could wrap it for us. Our salesperson wrapped all 4 gifts for us and packed them all in large, separate bags, which was really nice. All in all I'd say this location is awesome. Exceptional customer service, (minus the staring woman) great selection, friendly doorman & our saleswoman was friendly and attentive. Very happy with our purchases. read more

the customer service here is horrible. no one greets you, but if you start touching items, they will start eyeing you. on april 28 at around 4 pm, an employee here yelled at me from across the store, suspicious that i was trying a bag, and had another bag in my hand. she did not believe that one of them was my own bag and thought i was trying to pretend it was mine to take out the store. they didn't even bother walking over to the corner of the store i was standing at and just proceeded yelling their questions at me from across the store. super rude and crass. read more

I have been coming to this Coach location ever since they opened up a couple years ago. However each time the dude and I go to SOCAL we always stop by and go purse shopping. The most recent stop was on 10/04/20 on our way back from Los Angeles to Central Valley. Anywho it appears that a good amount of stores closed at 2pm due to lunch so they have adjusted COVID hours. The lines for Coach and Kors was pretty long as they only let a couple of people in at time. Upon entering all staff and customers are required to wear face masks. They had a lot of sale items that were pretty awesome. I ended up getting a side purse and a coin purse and I had plans to get perfume but they were all out which was a bummer as I love the Coach perfume. Staff was friendly and kind and they have so many affordable styles of hang bags - wallets and many more. The store was very clean and organized definitely one of my favorite shops! read more

This was my second time here the first was last week with my friend he was doing his shopping for his sisters Bday and i was just helping him make decisions...Fantastic staff here so professional and sweet every single one. Beautiful selection here and very dangerous to your bank account Lol!! Dog friendly people so bring your pooches if you need to also :) Just a really comfy environment no pressure and when you need help they are there, super informative about their sales, price changes etc too. I was so outlet shy i guess you can call it that,,but i've never been to any other outlets because i thought it would just be ugly and outdated stuff but i was so wrong!! We always stop by the Tejon Outlets on the way home from Northern California. On our last visit, I found this great Coach Store. The store had wonderful sales, and the staff was really helpful and nice. The moment we walked in the door someone said hello and offered help. I found a beautiful wallet for a family member and a great scarf and pair of gloves for myself. The weather was really cold that night, and they had my husband and our dogs stand inside where it was much warmer (they patiently waited for us by the door). We found what we needed quickly, and the patient cashier rang up our items within minutes. We were surprised by the extra discounts we noticed on our receipt. They really had some good discounts on many (if not most) of the items here. This is also a large store with a great selection of beautiful handbags and accessories as well! read more

Poked my head in this Outlet store on my way home from a San Fran road trip and was actually glad that I did! It was neat and clean. I liked how even the clearance items were all organized. The staff was all nice and helpful. Only drawback was the selections.. In the back there was just a lot of the same styles.. Big Plus was the EXCELLENT bargains.. I had to practice some serious self control and still ended up with three items..Couldn't help myself++=..They absolutely had to go home with me!! Ohh and I didn't post any pics of My stuff cuz you know how us ladies feel about having our bags be Hot & Exclusive ((even if we did get them at a outlet)). A very expensive brand named women's handbag company... like many other brands. But the outlet mall store has all the regular priced items at 50 per cent off, and clearance items at 50 per cent off, plus 40 per cent off of the remaining price (which actually comes out to 70 per cent off the origin mall price, or you can multiply the original price by 30 per cent to get your final price). Anyway, I encouraged my wife to get a purse, and then the young sales lady suggested another type of purse, so I said get both! Then she showed my wife a wallet, and to my surprise, she said yes! What a good saleslady ! (I did sales myself the past 26 years). There were a good selection of purses, handbags, wallets, etc, but I'm not sure they had everything they sell. Overall, it was a nice experience shopping there. (I'm guessing the salespeople are on some kind of commission, and they try to help you so they get credit when they ask who helped you when you check out). read more

Who doesn't know about Coach? Well, I had never heard about Coach before I got married. Now, I know the brand exists. Also, know that they make high quality products according to my lovely wife! Been to our share of Coach outlet stores over the years. Just about every time we are at a outlet mall, we will stop into one of their branches. Most of the time, she comes out empty-handed. For this particular branch located at the Outlets at Tejon, none of the items she wanted fit into our budget. Did make some observations while waiting for my wife. The service provided the staff was both friendly and helpful. The store was spotless, very roomy, and well-organized. Best part for me was that there was a comfortable bench inside the store for me to sit down, rest, and relax while waiting for my wife to shop. I'm certain that there will be future trips taken to this store. They are the closest outlet branch to our home. I bet there will be times when the price fits the budget for what she wants. read more

We stopped by to do a little shopping and unfortunately they didn't have the item we were looking for but they offered to order it online which was nice. The unfortunate part was the employee not listening and putting our address in wrong despite repeating it to her. Usually the address will appear on the card machine and we can confirm if it's correct but that wasn't available. There's also an additional $10 shipping fee if you order an item as such that isn't available in store. We had to call the Coach service number to fix our address. While we were at it we asked about additional shipping fees and they said they didn't apply any. Not sure why the outlet is charging additional shipping. read more

Literally haven't written a Yelp review in like four years but just wanted to come on here to rave about how great the manager Jeremiah is. He helped me with something over the phone after I was already headed home (hours away). In the couple phone calls we had, he was polite, kind, helpful and genuine. I don't know many retail managers like him now a days. Truly a gem and Coach should be proud! I will definitely continue to visit the Tejon Outlet store and give them my business whenever I make my way down there :) Thank you so much Jeremiah! The sales associate who helped me, Davion, was also helpful. Sometimes the outlets don't have the space to put everything out on display, so I asked for some items and he happily obliged even though I kept asking to see more. Stopped by Coach at the outlets just to browse and see some cute purses and no intention of buying. They had 20% and 70% sales going on today. Didn't seem like we would find much of an awesone deal that would interest us, especially my hubby who would be treating me. However, with great customer service, we were helped by a young mad who was able to locate a bag just to my liking!! We have been in here several times, sometimes we purchase, other times we just look. The staff always greets us when we walk in. The store is big and clean, there are several areas or rooms and someone is usually in each area. Discounts can be had, most of the time if you express interest in an item someone will explain final costs after discounts. We examine everything we buy here first to assure no obvious flaws. And we have not had any issues with quality. We do not always stop at the outlets but when at the outlets we do always stop at Coach. Like another reviewer stated, I never knew about coach. Walked in not knowing what I wanted other then something in white. After being Greeted by Lina K, she showed me some white bags, I expressed I would like silver hardware. She wasn't sure if they had any but left me to look around, not 5 mins later she emerged with the "Perfect Bag". I had never seen this bag before and I know the coach bags, and it was exactly my style. As I grasped this bag firmly with both hands as she just told me how on sale it was, to my delight, another associate a young man with equally excellent taste helped me find a wristlet gift for my mom. As I was now really over the moon that I had the perfect bag and gift for my mom, Lina returned with a matching wristlet to my bag. And given the detail on my bag I didn't think there would be a matching wristlet in store. I think she went into the back to find it. This was my first time in the outlet store as I usually order online but this was an excellent experience, and they went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and did. I'll be buying all my Coach bags wallets and wristlets from the outlet from now on. The customer service is second to none. read more

LOVE! I love Coach, I love the Coach Outlet even more. I like that this location is fairly big, and the items are displayed nicely and well organized. Sometimes the greeters can be obnoxious, "Buy! Spend lots of money! Let me have the commission!" Sometimes they have specials such as 50% off the entire store. That's usually around April-May, in time for Mother's Day. The sales people are very helpful, of course they want the commission. I like the ones that aren't so pushy and practically massaging your wallet out of your hands. read more

This location will be the reason why I will not be buying any more coach products. You guys need stand by what you say to your consumers! My purse has a tear and exposing the white plastic on one of its handle and the supervisor said it would be $90 to repair!!! Really? When I purchased this a couple months ago from the same location, I was told if the handles needed repair or replacing that they would do that with maybe a $20 fee to ship the entire purse. So I went in thinking they would do that and they did not stand by their words. THIS PLACE SUCK! I'd say what they did is fraud! Coach has lost my business. read more

I was there this morning purchasing some Xmas gifts....I was contemplating getting myself a new wallet, and the clerk was very helpful and I showed her my almost a year old Coach wallet how it was falling apart. She informed me that Coach stands by its products quality, and I could probably get an exchange. Due to me getting a new debit card they weren't able to track my purchase. The manager suggested I could get it repaired for $75.00!!!... that's basically what I paid for it!!!... I decided to keep my falling apart Coach wallet instead..and make sure I keep receipts. Then I decided to purchase some gifts which I had in my hand 4 of the same thing. An employee approached me and said to me that if I were "Asian" he wouldn't allow me to purchase so many items but because I don't look Like the type he would approve my purchase !!!.. They (Asians) tend to resale the items. I couldn't believe my ears. first of all... stereotype is not ok!!! Second of all there are no signs stating 3 item limit total... i would respect the sign. Third of all in this economy they should welcome people willing to spend money in a store that only had 3 or 4 customers and about 10 employees doing nothing !!.. I proceeded to ask a manager if I could purchase those items and he acted like he's doing me the favor... I went to the store this past weekend and purchased a purse accessory and a wallet. Both were 70 percent off! Most of the staff were pleasant, except the lady at the front desk who seemed off hand. I'm an avid shopper of Coach Factory Stores, so I know how the customer service is supposed to be. I visited this location on 7/16/2017 at around 2pm. The associate near the door did not approach me or even acknowledge me. BUT the people who entered in after me got the full greeting and discount info that I know they do when you come in. At this time, the store wasn't fully busy, either. I continued to shop around, looking at the jewelry and shoes and nobody said a word to me. I usually receive amazing customer service at all the Coach stores I go to, from Napa-- all the way to Vegas. I was really disappointed since the discount, I did overhear, was 50%. I would have spent so much money if the associates there just helped me, even a little bit. read more

I had gone to the store to purchase 2 bags and was awaiting my turn. When it was my turn to be called to the front, I noted that the available 3rd cashier from my left was just busy talking to another cashier. When they were done talking, I looked at her, and she blurted out something I could not hear ....indicating that she could not help me(?!) then left her counter. IN the corner of my eye, I then noted that she then approached another customer who was looking at a bag by the left wall and asked him if she could help him ( !!! ) and then they chatted a bit. I was confused and very bothered by it. I looked at the other young cashier temporarily in the left most cashier counter, thinking she could then help me, but noted she was not planning to do so, as , she just completely ignored me too. I was prepared to ask out loud if anyone could possibly help me when a 3rd cashier came and positioned herself between the 2 cashier counters.I then told her about the unpleasant experience. Meanwhile, the first cashier was back , to the left of the cashier who had helped me...... prepared to help customers who she feels like helping. I Left the store feeling degraded, wondering why certain customers would be treated poorly by store employees. I placed an extra star in this review for the cashier who had helped me. read more

Went in to return a purse today with my mother and the team was so rude! The lady at the register wasn't friendly, when we asked if it had been busy today her response was with attitude about her just getting there. Through the entire interaction she hardly talked to us! There were two other gentlemen that helped her and the first one was just as rude! The second one must have been a manager or key holder as he had to approve the return. We felt like we were criminals by the time we were interrogated about returning the purse. I guess if you aren't dressed to the 9 when you go in there you are going to be treated like shit. We were going to just get another purse that she liked but instead while we looked we decided to buy it elsewhere since the people at this store are so rude!
