I read an article once about how many of these brands who have stores at outlet malls actually create things JUST for the outlets & this store totally felt like that. So generic. I get that some people like wearing brand names all over their bodies (I don't) but at least give the designs some effort. I felt like I could see most of the items here at any shady swap meet for 75% less than what this store sells it for. Their employees weren't friendly either, which didn't make me want to shop. I can see why this place wasn't as busy as their competitors next door. I love Adidas as a brand but this store didn't impress me. read more

This is my final straw as I can no longer patron a local business that is being managed by dishonest people. On 12/21, my wife and I were shopping at the Adidas store at the Tejon Outlets. During the checkout, I showed the acting manager (Eddie) a coupon for 15% off that I received from customer service and without investing the time to read the coupon, he arrogantly told me that it can ONLY be used online. I asked if he could at least try and showed him the statement on the coupon where it's reads "REDEEM AT YOUR LOCAL ADIDAS STORE". The young man then arrogantly told me "Well, this is an outlet so it can't be used". I told him that moments ago, the arrogant man just said "IT CAN ONLY BE USED ONLINE". Frustrated with his inaccuracies and plain out LIES, I told him that what he said to me was a JACKASS thing to say to me when you have no idea what you're talking about. He proceeded to take my items back and told me to leave. Poor managerial skills will continue to get a negative reactions from frustrated customers. FALSE STATEMENTS made from an acting manager (EDDIE) will bring out the worst of people as we don't like being LIED to and quite frankly.... we are trying to help a dying economy. To the Adidas corporation, I have purchased more from this store than probably more than 95% of your customers from Bakersfield as a Titanium Icon holder with 23,768 points. That doesn't make me more special than anyone else, but that does represent that I am a loyal patron of Adidas and I do represent a customer that spends a large portion of money. As of today, I will no longer patron this Adidas store at the Tejon Outlet due to my poor experiences at this establishment over the years. I always believe in supporting local business. If this store ever closes down or if there is ever a wonder why this store is not doing financially well, I can tell you it is probably directly related to the poor customer service like individual named EDDIE. Our family stopped here on the way to San Francisco. We were super excited to buy some things we needed for the trip. We were traveling with 3 small chihuahuas and were carrying them. Had no intention of setting them down to run amok. A gentleman approached us and said "Let me ask you all a question..." Then proceeded to inquire if our 4 pound chihuahuas were service dogs. And what service they provided. Honestly, if you don't want me to carry a tiny dog in your store, ok, I get it, I'll leave, but this guy was super arrogant and rude. (aka a dick) I'm from LA where dogs are allowed in stores and allowed in many restaurants. I guess the Adidas outlet, where there was not ONE other person in the store can afford to be rude to customers. lol read more

To me, customer service makes or breaks a business! Shout out to the staff at this outlet store, they were all so nice, helpful and friendly!!! From looking for the sizes I needed, to suggesting alternative models they went above and beyond! I bought a pair of tennis shoes that I really liked but they didn't have my size, only 1/2 bigger, I figured I would buy them anyways. Their system however, was showing that they had a pair of my size but the girl helping me just couldn't find them in the back. She was so bothered by it, and kept searching for them until she realized they were on one of the mannequins. Yayyyy I got to take home the right size. I bought another pair for my husband but when he tried them at home they didn't fit. The adidas at Tejon mailed the size that we needed to Citadel Outlets (closer to us) and were super helpful in the process!!! I honestly want to go hug them they were so nice!!! read more

Our niece wanted Adidas pants for her birthday so we took her here. Good size store with a nice selection of inventory to browse through. The day we were here, they were taking an additional 30% off almost all their merchandise. Wifey and I scored some fantastic deals! We are stocked up for the gym now. Read in a few of the reviews that service was bad. Fortunately for us, service was very good from the various staff who assisted us. They were even really busy at the time. Would not hesitate to return here in the future. Hopefully, we will be here for great bargains again. read more

I love Adidas and have a wardrobe of all their clothes and shoes so I always try to stop by any Adidas store I can find. This being an outlet has the added incentive of usually less expensive items. However, that's not always a good thing and I often find myself walking out of the store not buying anything because it's old merchandise or the prices are not that much greater than I can get from the real Adidas store at Irvine Spectrum. Occasionally there are great sales and it's worth the stop, but it's usually around a major holiday and things go quickly. Therefore, my advice is to drop by on the Friday evening or Saturday morning before a major Monday holiday. read more

Decent sized store with good selection but the employees are busy chatting and talking about parties where they got drunk and passed out. If they do help a customer they're pretty selective. They passed on us and went to the people next to us and offered help lol. read more

What makes this store different from all the adidas outlet I have been to has to be their customer service. We are greeted by all the employees when we walked in, we spent about 30 minutes in the store and were helped by 4 different associates. They were very attentive at all times and followed up if other sizes were needed! The manager was very professional and making sure everyone was being helped, he thanked us on our way out and made sure we were helped in every way. Keep up the great work team!!! I read some bad customer service reviews but that had to be a different staff or a different manager in charge. There is no way this team could have got a bad review. This store isn't huge. However, I did buy some clearance items that were additional 50% off. There is one dressing room. There was a female employee that was super helpful. She helped me look for my size for two different shoes. U fortunately I didn't get her name. read more

Today when I was shopping in this adidas store asset protection loudly stated to "keep an eye" on me and my girlfriend. Due to the fact she has tattoos and piercings and happened to be wearing a hat we must have been attempting to steal product. My girlfriend actually works in asset protection herself. We were excited to shop at our favorite brand store and today they lost themselves customers due to their profiling of people. I will be calling their store to talk to their asset protection manager to file a complaint. read more

Coming up from L.A., I had just done my usual hike in the 4000 foot high clean mountain air. I decided to go up more on the 5 after I saw the sign for the outlets. This was one of the best customer service experiences in my whole life. The staff could answer every question. The young workers also clearly had been instructed to ask customers often "are you finding what you need....are you OK," etc. I ended up with a great pair of Bounce shoes. read more

Hellmuthafucking yes! I just threw down $81 on some epic running shorts. My legs are going to really enjoy the long summer days in Fresno, especially when they're kissed by the rays of the sun. All of this happiness is because I made a huge effort to come to my favorite running store just to buy shorts. Who doesn't love shorts? I know I do and I especially love when I can leave with multiple pairs of beautiful array of colors. My legs are going to be happy which in turn makes my heart swell with joy. My style is ever changing and right now my current style obsession is Adidas. I really wanted a pair of black and white superstars so I decided to take a trip down to the Outlets at Tejon. I saw the Adidas Factory Store there and I thought perfect! The customer service there was great, an employee on the sales floor was very patient with me even though I was making him run back and forth to find the right size. Everyone there was very kind and I found the shoes I wanted for a pretty reasonably price. I love them and will definitely be going back for more! read more

Sorry customer service, the two guys working standing in the back near the shoes would rather stand next to each other and talk about people than come help locate a shoe size or even take the time to come ask if they can help or if I'm finding everything okay.
