I went to return a pair of shoes I purchased for my son about two months ago and was told that I…read morehad missed the return window by only two days. I contacted customer service, and they explained that the store manager has the discretion to make the final decision. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to exchange the shoes for a different size for my son. Unfortunately, the manager refused to make an exception, even though it was only two days past the return period. I ended up having to purchase another pair for my son for his birthday. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was simply handled and that the final decision had been made. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. Good customer service starts with good management, and a good manager can make a big difference in keeping customers coming back.

From looking for the sizes I needed, to suggesting alternative models they went above and beyond! I bought a pair of tennis shoes that I really liked but they didn't have my size, only 1/2 bigger, I figured I would buy them anyways. Their system however, was showing that they had a pair of my size but the girl helping me just couldn't find them in the back. She was so bothered by it, and kept searching for them until she realized they were on one of the mannequins. Yayyyy I got to take home the right size. I bought another pair for my husband but when he tried them at home they didn't fit. The adidas at Tejon mailed the size that we needed to Citadel Outlets (closer to us) and were super helpful in the process!!! I honestly want to go hug them they were so nice!!!
