This place has all your remodeling needs under one roof. It's almost overwhelming when you waltz into this fine establishment. Whether you're looking for shower tile or floor tile, this is the place for you! They make everything so easy. The placard for each item Is very informative, listing whether each piece can be used as shower floor or shower wall tile versus floor or wall tile outside of the shower. It's clearly shown how much each piece is or how much each box costs. It even clearly shows how many items come in a box. I never once had to track a salesperson down to ask a question because everything was simply right there in front of me. Matter of fact, upon entering the warehouse, there was the friendliest lady there to welcome us. She asked us what we were looking for and not only told us where we needed to go, but walked us there to make sure we understood where to go. She popped back in on us at one point just to see if we needed anything. There are so many places that need to take notes on this WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will have to go back to Floor and Decor to purchase my choices since this trip was just for us to pick out what we wanted and I have the tools I need to make sure I purchase the correct amount of everything. The last two times that I've been to this location have gone perfect. I'm having some work done to the house and had to find flooring and shower tile. This location has plenty of options. On today's trip we had Sam and Marcos help us out. Sam was able to share her knowledge on what tile works for each purpose. She was able to make this shopping experience fun and easy. I walked out of there knowing that I had every item for this project. She even pushed the cart around for us! Now that's customer service! She loves what she does and it shows by all of the vast knowledge and care she showed. Marco was also pleasant and helpful. He also helped with selection and loading tile onto the truck. I can't believe how easy it was to find what we were looking for to renovate bathroom. They had everything we needed and at fantastic prices. I have been in this store a few times and it's always been a great experience. My husband and I are building a house and had previously picked out the tile we wanted throughout our house for bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. We went in to pick up the tile for the whole house and I was having second thoughts on some of it. We were approached by Saundra who is a floor manager and she asked me if we needed help. I'm so glad she asked because she was SO helpful. She gave me some new ideas and she helped me find everything I needed. Saundra was very knowledgeable and has a background in design. I came to buy 50 sq ft for a small Backsplash job. I thought it would be a simple in and out. Turned out to be an 1 1/2 hour ordeal. To start off i had to pay for the tile before they can bring the pallet down (for 3 boxes) I paid split cash/card Their computer froze and i had to wait there for at least 7 minutes before they got authorization from a manager. Then i was prompt to pay again and my other transaction money would be return (through bank policy )at this point im irate. It wasn't a simple bring down order then i get asked to go to contractor pick up because this store can't communicate properly. So now i had to wait longer for them to bring down the tile and load up my miserable 3 boxes. The managers here really need to focus on training staff better and training departments to communicate properly so it can be an efficiently ran store. I gave 2 stars because i obviously have to come back but would appreciate better training and functionality. read more
