The placard for each item Is very informative, listing whether each piece can be used as shower floor or shower wall tile versus floor or wall tile outside of the shower. It's clearly shown how much each piece is or how much each box costs. It even clearly shows how many items come in a box. I never once had to track a salesperson down to ask a question because everything was simply right there in front of me. Matter of fact, upon entering the warehouse, there was the friendliest lady there to welcome us. She asked us what we were looking for and not only told us where we needed to go, but walked us there to make sure we understood where to go. She popped back in on us at one point just to see if we needed anything. There are so many places that need to take notes on this WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will have to go back to Floor and Decor to purchase my choices since this trip was just for us to pick out what we wanted and I have the tools I need to make sure I purchase the correct amount of everything. This review is for the warranty process/company as a whole. We Installed the SUGAR SAND WATERPROOF RIGID CORE LUXURY VINYL PLANK - CORK PAD flooring in our home a year ago. And as time went on we've noticed indentation and nicks and cracks on the surface level of our flooring. It simply isn't holding up to my standard of what is advertised as an "extreme dent resistant" "waterproof" "maximum scratch resistant" " Backed by a lifetime residential and 25-year commercial warranty for peace of mind." Oh they also state that underlayment is recommended and not required but don't believe that either lmao because they use that as a reason not to cover anything too!! It's all a bunch of marketing bologna!!!! They never want to take accountability on their crap material and find any little reason to not warranty anything out so if you're buying and thinking oh lifetime warranty....Yeah it's a bunch of LIES!! Find something else and don't trust that they'll take care of you. They're also very overpriced over there. Better off getting your flooring at Lowe's or Costco. read more

The last two times that I've been to this location have gone perfect. I'm having some work done to the house and had to find flooring and shower tile. This location has plenty of options. On today's trip we had Sam and Marcos help us out. Sam was able to share her knowledge on what tile works for each purpose. She was able to make this shopping experience fun and easy. I walked out of there knowing that I had every item for this project. She even pushed the cart around for us! Now that's customer service! She loves what she does and it shows by all of the vast knowledge and care she showed. Marco was also pleasant and helpful. He also helped with selection and loading tile onto the truck. I have been in this store a few times and it's always been a great experience. My husband and I are building a house and had previously picked out the tile we wanted throughout our house for bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. We went in to pick up the tile for the whole house and I was having second thoughts on some of it. We were approached by Saundra who is a floor manager and she asked me if we needed help.
