Went in on Sunday to have my hat cleaned and shaped. Jacob I believe is the manager or supervisor, he went above and beyond the call for customer service. He is very knowledgeable about his craft, he made my hat fit and look brand new. He is very passionate about the role he has there. I saw him lead and interact with his team towards achieving success. This guy is one of a kind, I 100% recommend this store to all my family and friends. Ask for Jacob he can get it done no problem. I felt very discriminated at this store as a Hispanic person. First thing as we came to the store they had a sale going on outside. My husband and I were looking through it and felt very uncomfortable because we can clearly see the employees fixing themselves to see what we were doing. As we walk in there's 3 employees right at the door with nothing to say but the previous person who had walked in had been greeted by all. As we were looking at work boots an employee finally came to see if we needed any help. We asked her for a specific brand she first tells us " double h what is that I don't know what that is" very rudely. Literally no help at all. The only good thing about the store is the check out was pretty quick which is ridiculous. Funny enough same thing we walked into is the same way we walked out. Nothing to say to us. Fix your employees boot barn, especially the racist employees. They also have a poor selection for work boots at this store. If I can rate this store a negative I would! read more

Me and my family came here looking for outfits for a party, we not only found great clothes for decent prices but were welcomed with great hospitality. Staff members Brandon and Jocelyn were very caring towards our needs and extremely helpful beyond all means. My wife and I have been looking forward to this Boot Barn opening ever since the day they first announce what the build was going to be. This place was definitely worth the wait. Every employee that we ran into was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure that we had exactly what it was that we needed. The interior of this place is beautiful men's and women's separated on each side. they went above and beyond to decorate this place it feels so homey, warm and comfortable. I mentioned to one particular employee that I was having a hard time, finding a flex fit hat due to the majority of their hats. Being snapback she went through every hat in that store, and found me a few options, which was completely unexpected but I really did appreciate. I took my college student here on the day before thanksgiving, as she is learning Line Dancing in a college club and wanted new boots. The store is spacious so despite the multitude of merchandise available, it doesn't seem crowded. There is a wide array of choices: boots, socks, shirts, jeans, jewelry, purses, etc. Hollie started helping my daughter as this is her first pair of boots, and Hollie was very patient and came back many times to help my daughter choose the proper fit of boot, direct her to the proper socks etc. Very nice shopping experience read more

Lines are always forever, buck owens is so much quicker. It's not because it's packed, the lines just seem like exit takes forever for people to check out and it never fails that it's so slow to check out and you wait forever. Also never have anything in stock. Don't like coming here other store is worth the drive. read more

I am a long time customer of Boot Barn who looks forward to shopping there every payday. My experience has always been enjoyable until tonight. As I was browsing and finding outfits to try on, a sales person named Angie came up and asked to take my items to the fitting room. I said "No, it's fine" but she persisted and took them. I continued shopping and another worker came to ask if they could take my items. I explained that Angie already took some and told her I was fine holding the few in my hand. She left. Then another worker came and asked if I wanted my clothes to be taken from me, again I said no, that I was okay carrying them. Then out of nowhere Angie appeared and told the worker to take them from me and to show me where they had placed them at the front counter. When I finally finished shopping I wanted to try them on, but the workers did not help me grab my items from behind the counter to go to a fitting room. They restricted me to five items, which I've never had happen before. The worker didn't even count how many items were in my hand she just said I couldn't grab my other items from behind the register yet. When I tried on my "five items" and wanted to exchange them out for new ones, none of the six workers standing and chatting would help me, even though it was four feet away from them. I had to ask the worker that was helping my brother. The process was taking far longer than it needed to to try on the clothes I wanted, to purchase them, and to leave. At this point I wanted to leave, I became greatly frustrated and could not stand the restricted behavior and the horrible customer service shown by the employees. With so much theft nowadays, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but having multiple workers constantly following me and not assisting me when I was trying to switch out my clothes was just too much and I felt targeted. I was greatly displeased with my experience tonight and Boot Barn has lost my patronage. read more

First time experience at this store didn't get offered any help, place doesn't carry a large selection of anything. Store looks like it was rushed into being open, & all the employees at the front counter were super rude & not polite at all, I understand maybe there having a bad day but that shouldn't give you the right to be rude & stuck up to customers. read more
