The staff at this location are a poor representation of the WSS brand. Customer service should involve treating people with respect and working toward solutions, especially when the issue is on the company's end. Today was probably one of the few times that I actually was looking for a pair of shoes and they happen to be some hocus I don't believe Nordstrom Rack does price matching when they add their stickers to their products but a lot of their products are overpriced whether something is on sale or not is debatable. Today I was looking for On clouds or Hokas for my upcoming trip. The Nordstrom Rack usually has comparable prices to online at the on store or even the Hoka store but after researching several items including the one in the pictures below there's no reason to shop at Nordstrom Rack anymore, instead shop online and save 10 to 20%. I really do understand sales price meaning Hoka can run better sales in most cases as the manufacturer but most items are overpriced in Nordstrom Rack. Ralph Lauren polo shirts two to three years old are still running $70 even more expensive than the outlet price, basically Nordstrom Rack is overpriced in my opinion and this one in Bakersfield has given me reason to continue to go.
