Now that we've moved away, I try to come whenever we visit my in-laws. If you get on the mailing list, you get a nice birthday gift. I visit this location for embroideries here and there for hats and the service is really…read moreinconsistent. I've had them completely ignore directions on font style and ask to hold on to my hat to remove and redo it more than once. it's just careless. be ready for a potential mess up and double check it all because I was almost sent off being told it's what I bought just to show the receipt and even then no apology just a offer for the incorrect work to be free or leave the hat there till the next day. I don't want to come back and I don't want them to mess up again anyways. I don't have duplicates to sustain possible damage to my hats.

I've gotten my scrubs at this place a few times. They carry heartsoul break scrubs and i think they're the cutest. My husband loves their hat selection and of course the pro club shirts. They have two or three dressing rooms. The aisles in the store are a bit snug and they have their boxes of merchandise around the store so sometimes tou have to squeeze through to get around. They are a bit strict when it comes to trying on clothes because of people getting the clothes dirty which makes sense.

Do you kick people out if they dont look at certain way, I don't think so because there money is as green as regular costumer? I call that discrimination in different ways. However these guys are overcharging of merchandice I can get for $10.00 to $20.00 less some where else. The worst part is the people that work their want to argue with you over the price and won't budge. I know hagling is a lost art but when you find a price of a jersey some where cheaper where are you going to go? The cheaper price. To fix this place competitive shopping is a must. $30.00 for a hat that I can get for $20.00 at Lids. They would have to keep up with the compition or they will be auctioning their goods here soon because they can't afford the rent in the mall. Next get rid of some of the stuff and put some in a storage. There is no room to move around. Last start selling on line. Your not making a profit that is obvious on how much stuff is on the floor. I hate the say it but stores like yours end up failing and fall off the map because they refuse to change and want to be stuborn. I won't spend a dime in this place tell the above happens.

They'd fit strange, too tight around the ankle, too loose around the widest part of my foot. I'd fiddled and adjusted and just wasn't happy so I brought in a pair of boots that I'd bought months before and asked for a refund. There was no drama, no issue, no problem. 10 minutes later I had a new pair of shorts and $40 or $50 refunded to my credit card and I was back in the car. I love it when businesses treat their customers well.
