I called Print Shack about two weeks prior to this post about doing a price estimate on something,…read moreand they said they would get back to me in a few days. A week later, I called back and whoever answered said 'I guess they don't want to do it'. I understand a lot of things are going on right now, but I feel that things could have been handled more professionally, maybe an e-mail declining our business when we first reached out. I'm giving them 3 stars because my company worked with them in the past and we love their work (that's why I went there first), I just wish I experienced the friendliness of the staff that I'm reading about in the other reviews, or maybe more professionalism. Obviously we're going to go with a different company now, but hopefully we can give Print Shack another try in the future, and have a more positive experience.

I've followed up again, and once again -- no response. The season is long over. My daughter never received her shirts, and we've since purchased better-quality ones from an Etsy seller who delivered in under two weeks (and for less money). I used them at my last company and we ended up switching because he couldn't get it right. Years have passed, and I decided to give them another shot. I ordered 19 dozen hats and 17 were incorrect. Looks like the jokes on me. At first he tried to blame it on me, but in the end he at least owned up to his mistake. The remedy was to credit me on each of the hats that were wrong or redo the stitching. Redo the stitching? Come in. Because we had such a large credit, I decided to order a couple more items from them and he told me with confidence, they could be done (stickers). These items were ordered over 2 1/2 months ago, and I still have not received the total amount. I've been by there numerous times with him telling me they will be done in a day or two and that they would give me a call. I've let weeks go by and popped in to have him lie over and over to my face. I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to talk to this guy, and I feel like he gets my drift so he's taking it upon himself to drop stuff off at my office and start lying to the ladies that are in there. It is unbelievable that anybody that owns a business would let somebody like this work for them for this many years. I can't imagine that I'm the only persons order that he screws up. Maybe he's good at coloring shirts but he needs to stay AWAY from customers. It's unfortunate because the work is good but the BAD C S trumps anything they can do right. I guess when its someone's side business they really don't care. There's something to be said when the owners friends won't even use them because of Max.

The patch was a completely different material, visibly crooked, and when I pointed it out, there was no accountability -- just a charge. I had spoken to the owner and understand he was out of town at the time, and a girl was watching the shop, so this isn't meant to speak badly about him personally. But if he wants to maintain a good reputation, he may want to reconsider who's left in charge. Between the poor quality, lack of follow-up on a quote, and no ownership of the mistake, I can't recommend them to other businesses.

I've worked with other embroidery places locally and while they all can get the job done, I can count on Embroidery Plus for coming through with an awesome job.
