No matter what we order or have them embroider for my husband's YouTube channel always comes out amazing. And that means everything to us. We've never had to return anything or had a complaint. I initially contacted this shop for a patch job and were considering working with them long-term…read morefor future jersey orders. While I take responsibility for not asking for a quote up front, the experience was disappointing. The patch was a completely different material, visibly crooked, and when I pointed it out, there was no accountability -- just a charge. I had spoken to the owner and understand he was out of town at the time, and a girl was watching the shop, so this isn't meant to speak badly about him personally. But if he wants to maintain a good reputation, he may want to reconsider who's left in charge. Between the poor quality, lack of follow-up on a quote, and no ownership of the mistake, I can't recommend them to other businesses.

Mariam first went through my things to make sure they could do the services requested. I really appreciated this! I've gone to other embroidery services before where they accepted all of my items, only to be disappointed when I came back in for pick-up to find that some things couldn't be done. This was not the case here! She took the time to look at the fabrics and even make recommendations on placement and font. Overall, excellent customer service. Items were finished within the estimated window given (quicker actually) and quality was excellent. Affordable too! Mariam was fantastic and I have already recommended her and Personally Yours to several of my friends and colleagues.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. Max is the biggest liar I have ever met in my entire life…read more I work for a good size construction company that does a lot of promotional stuff. I used them at my last company and we ended up switching because he couldn't get it right. Years have passed, and I decided to give them another shot. I ordered 19 dozen hats and 17 were incorrect. Looks like the jokes on me. At first he tried to blame it on me, but in the end he at least owned up to his mistake. The remedy was to credit me on each of the hats that were wrong or redo the stitching. Redo the stitching? Come in. Because we had such a large credit, I decided to order a couple more items from them and he told me with confidence, they could be done (stickers). These items were ordered over 2 1/2 months ago, and I still have not received the total amount. I've been by there numerous times with him telling me they will be done in a day or two and that they would give me a call. I've let weeks go by and popped in to have him lie over and over to my face. I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to talk to this guy, and I feel like he gets my drift so he's taking it upon himself to drop stuff off at my office and start lying to the ladies that are in there. It is unbelievable that anybody that owns a business would let somebody like this work for them for this many years. I can't imagine that I'm the only persons order that he screws up. Maybe he's good at coloring shirts but he needs to stay AWAY from customers. It's unfortunate because the work is good but the BAD C S trumps anything they can do right. I guess when its someone's side business they really don't care. There's something to be said when the owners friends won't even use them because of Max.
