We purchased 5 t-shirts separately and brought them to Imagine That. The design/printing services couldn't have gone more smoothly. I ordered some custom embroidered shirts, a couple years back and went in recently to have two more…read moremade. I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. It should've been handled the right way the first time. Customer embroidered shirts by the way aren't cheap!

I will go back to get pictures this Friday, I came in here for a couple of magnifying lenses and didn't have time but to walk by the Christmas aisles you know anybody who does Christmas bigger than Hobby Lobby let me know cuz I'll be back sometime this week. Thought I'd drop by Hobby lobby I'm looking for some stencils. Hoping we might have them here…read morelocally instead of having to order some and wait. I need them right away. I forgot how big this store is, Memorial Day and Fourth of July supplies and declarations are out in abundance. My wife was with me so I knew this short stop in was gonna take a little longer and I was right. I wasn't able to find the stencils that I was looking for it, we made it through the store, looking at all the different departments. We got some good ideas for future projects. Lots of employees were working stocking different areas. Most all were helpful. I found some foam brushes that I use at a great price. I bought two packs from Lucy at the checkout she was super friendly with a great smile and personality. Hobby lobby was a great experience with the American flags, red white and blue decorations, and 4th of July displays I was even more patriotic and proud to be American when I left. I'll be back.
