Went with a friend of mine to get a quote on having stickers made. He already had a design. He was checking cost and time it took to make. A nice young woman helped us. She wasn't sure how to quote stickers, so she asked another woman for help. The other woman acted like we were imposing on her, like she was too busy to help us. She rolled her eyes and was impatient and short with us. I thanked her, even though she was nasty, and we went back to talk to the young girl. I told the young girl that the other woman was rude and not professional at all. She told me the woman was stressed because an order had been done wrong. I told her that was no way to handle customers and no way to conduct business. Not her fault, but I was irritated. I recommended that my friend pick another print shop where the people actually wanted his business. read more

This is THE absolute worst place to go if you need any printing done! Our friend ordered shirts for a cruise and was told they'd be ready by 10 a.m. Arrived at the shop at 8 a.m. and was told they were "in the process" and being made. After waiting until 10:30, we were told "a couple more minutes ". We told them that we HAVE to leave to drive 2 1/2 hours to catch our boat....the girl proceeded to continue saying they finished one! One?? Well, asking to see it, she THEN proceeded to tell us they hadn't even begun to make them!! Omg! Talk about bad customer service. If you cannot have something done in a timely manner, you should say something before accepting the job! Then argue about returning the shirts that were taken in, saying they were your property. I gave him a pretty crazy order an he has been great with it, even looking at colors to match them and make sure our little league looks the best. I highly recommend kvprint. Edit: so it has been a few weeks since recieving our little league uniforms and I feel I have to add to my review. The quality of their work is above par and they even took the time to wrap each individual teams orders. Kvprint is by far the best company I have worked with. I meet Rebecca, she's the customer service mgr, and she has been amazingly helpful. She suggested a website so the parents could order shirt supporting their young athletes, and she even made it for us. I wanted to surprise one of my best friends with some onesies for her upcoming baby, and this place did an amazing job. I didn't really know when i entered this shop what i wanted but i had an idea, and the designer Nick took my idea and turned into a nice, clean cut design. The staff is very professional and straight-forward, at first i was thinking about screen printing, but then i found out they had embroidery, and im glad i went with that. The embroidery came out nice, and no threads were lose or anything, very pleased with the work from this place. I am definitely going to refer my friends here. I do not recommend this print facility they have horrible customer service. On three separate occasions we've had them do banners two times it took them a week longer than they told us the other time they ended up having to charge us twice what they quoted us then we tried to have some shirts made we gave them a weeks heads up to the day we needed the shirts and they still could not for fulfill that order so we got our money back and we're going elsewhere we will never use KV print again!! Tony said our shirts would be done and ready for pick up Friday. I took 3 orders on separate occasions to be printed. Each time there was a problem with the order. The first time the logos were not centered on the shirt, the second order I was charged incorrectly and the logos were still off. On the third order the logos were located properly on the shirts but the print quality was so bad that the shirts were unusable, in addition to that, the order was 4 days later than what they promised. When I asked for the incorrect ones to be reprinted, they wanted me to place a new order so that I would meet the minimum quantity. Why would I give you more items to mess up? I've already done more than I should have with almost $1000, I'm not spending any more than I already have. After sending an email expressing my unhappiness I received a very rude email back from EB, which I really did not appreciate. The items that were printed properly were ok. They said that the reason that my order came out bad was because I brought in my own items to print. When in actuality, when I dropped those items off I was told that they would be fine! In fact I spent additional money to screen print them because I was told that it would yield a better result. Then when I show up and the items look terrible, they say my that they do not guarantee work on items that you do not purchase from them. Long review, but just wanted to warn others. If you have a problem, they are not going to work with you to fix it! Update 9/3/14 EB I am not sure how to comment on your reply so I will just post this update. Since this review you have made an attempt to contact me and I have been unable to connect with you because I have been very busy. I appreciate you reaching out and making that attempt though. The $254 order that you are referring to was for a single order, not for all of my orders. I have a shirt in my possession right now where the logo is completely off centered, so I am not sure if the quality control process missed that one or what happened. We were ABSOLUTELY not advised of any policy about not providing a guarantee for shirts that were brought in and not purchased at your store. In fact we were advised by Nick on our last order that we should use screen printing as opposed to DTG in order to yield a better result. This was the only reason that we went with that option. I am well aware that printing on various materials will result in a different look, but when I am assured that our product will be fine, then that's what I am expecting. I am also curious to know what industry knowledge that you shared with me via email because I have never corresponded with you in any way. I saw you once in the shop and was told your name and that was all. On my final order you never even came over to speak with me for a resolution. I specifically asked Nick if I could speak with you, but he said that I should take the replacement shirts because, "EB didn't even want to do that". The shirts that were no done to my satisfaction were polyester and the replacements were cotton and I had no use for them. I indicated to Nick that I would even pay the difference between what you wanted to give me, (cotton) and what I needed (polyester), but because you would not come over, or were not told that I wanted to speak with you, I was placed into a position to leave dissatisfied. I am not unreasonable and I would like to think that you are not either. We are both businessmen who run professional businesses. In all of my business I have NEVER had a return or dissatisfied customer who requested their money back. I can understand how frustrating a bad review can be. I have already voiced my opinion, you have voiced yours. I appreciate the work that you do and that you have worked hard to please your customers as do I. In the interest of respect, we should resolve this issue as two professionals and do it face to face. I will visit you next week and we can come to a resolution.
