I love the work that KV Print did for my project. We needed 150 shirts of various sizes and colors for our school field trip. Nick did a great job helping me with the design and their customer service was awesome. It was nice to get my business done in town and they met every expectation. I took 3 orders on separate occasions to be printed. Each time there was a problem with the order. The first time the logos were not centered on the shirt, the second order I was charged incorrectly and the logos were still off. On the third order the logos were located properly on the shirts but the print quality was so bad that the shirts were unusable, in addition to that, the order was 4 days later than what they promised. When I asked for the incorrect ones to be reprinted, they wanted me to place a new order so that I would meet the minimum quantity. Why would I give you more items to mess up? I've already done more than I should have with almost $1000, I'm not spending any more than I already have. After sending an email expressing my unhappiness I received a very rude email back from EB, which I really did not appreciate. The items that were printed properly were ok. They said that the reason that my order came out bad was because I brought in my own items to print. When in actuality, when I dropped those items off I was told that they would be fine! In fact I spent additional money to screen print them because I was told that it would yield a better result. Then when I show up and the items look terrible, they say my that they do not guarantee work on items that you do not purchase from them. Long review, but just wanted to warn others. If you have a problem, they are not going to work with you to fix it! Update 9/3/14 EB I am not sure how to comment on your reply so I will just post this update. Since this review you have made an attempt to contact me and I have been unable to connect with you because I have been very busy. I appreciate you reaching out and making that attempt though. The $254 order that you are referring to was for a single order, not for all of my orders. I have a shirt in my possession right now where the logo is completely off centered, so I am not sure if the quality control process missed that one or what happened. We were ABSOLUTELY not advised of any policy about not providing a guarantee for shirts that were brought in and not purchased at your store. In fact we were advised by Nick on our last order that we should use screen printing as opposed to DTG in order to yield a better result. This was the only reason that we went with that option. I am well aware that printing on various materials will result in a different look, but when I am assured that our product will be fine, then that's what I am expecting. I am also curious to know what industry knowledge that you shared with me via email because I have never corresponded with you in any way. I saw you once in the shop and was told your name and that was all. On my final order you never even came over to speak with me for a resolution. I specifically asked Nick if I could speak with you, but he said that I should take the replacement shirts because, "EB didn't even want to do that". The shirts that were no done to my satisfaction were polyester and the replacements were cotton and I had no use for them. I indicated to Nick that I would even pay the difference between what you wanted to give me, (cotton) and what I needed (polyester), but because you would not come over, or were not told that I wanted to speak with you, I was placed into a position to leave dissatisfied. I am not unreasonable and I would like to think that you are not either. We are both businessmen who run professional businesses. In all of my business I have NEVER had a return or dissatisfied customer who requested their money back. I can understand how frustrating a bad review can be. I have already voiced my opinion, you have voiced yours. I appreciate the work that you do and that you have worked hard to please your customers as do I. In the interest of respect, we should resolve this issue as two professionals and do it face to face. I will visit you next week and we can come to a resolution. I've had work done here for a little over a year and have been more than satisfied with the quality of their service. They produce quality work from the screen to digital printing and embroidery that I have done on shirts, beanies and bags; and for some reason if there is even the smallest mistake on something that I get done, I am able to talk it over with them and they kindly figure out a solution that makes both parties happy. By far the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I placed an order through my work at the beginning of April 2021 (kv print is contracted with the online shop.) After a few weeks I called for an update and was told there were shipping delays, but would receive an email/call once my order was available. By June 2021 I still had not received any communication so I called and was told someone picked up my order, and then it switched to they were just out of stock for the specific shirt I ordered. I sent multiple emails asking for a different style of shirt to be ordered, no response at all. I also called the shop multiple times and was told I would receive and email or phone call back and this never happened. On 6/18 I asked for a refund, nothing. 6/24 sent a follow up email and nothing so I called the store and was told I would get a call back the same day, but did not. Finally got a response from the manager saying a refund would be proceeded on 6/26. On 7/8 I asked for an update on the refund and received no response. 7/16 second update sent for status of refund and no response. Called the shop on 7/21 to check the status to which I was responded with , "Oh, this is ___ right?" He knew exactly who I was, yet the company failed to respond to any of my emails or calls. Was told that I would personally receive an email or call, and once again nothing. Overall, it has been a very unprofessional experience and I will not be returning. read more

I have mixed reviews for KVP. They commit to quick turn around and often jump through hoops to fill the order in time. However, it's more often than not that the order will come out wrong. For the sake of space, I'll explain just this one case. Last week, we ordered 2500 brochures in Spanish, half (1k) due to be ready TODAY. 3 days later, we ordered aNother 2500 brochures, but in ENGLISH. Unfortunately, the half order due today was NOT in Spanish. Liz confused the order with the other order for 2500 English brochures. Now my weekend activities/plans for the Spanish brochures are ruined. This is a major disappointment despite their efforts to fill every order. Minor oversights cause major mistakes. How they handle the remainder of these orders will determine my ultimate rating for kvp.. Nevertheless, this will be the last time I bring my business to kvp. I'll be heading to Bakersfield Printing moving forward. :/ 3 stars for great staff and an excellent product (when filled correctly). -2 stars for inattention to details and the inconvenience caused. read more
