As someone with decades of experience in quality engineering and business evaluation, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism on the production floor and the delays in updates. The entire process dragged out for about three weeks, which was far longer than expected for such a simple task. While I appreciate that they did issue a refund, it was not a seamless resolution, and I hope they improve their customer communication going forward.

The patch was a completely different material, visibly crooked, and when I pointed it out, there was no accountability -- just a charge. I had spoken to the owner and understand he was out of town at the time, and a girl was watching the shop, so this isn't meant to speak badly about him personally. But if he wants to maintain a good reputation, he may want to reconsider who's left in charge. Between the poor quality, lack of follow-up on a quote, and no ownership of the mistake, I can't recommend them to other businesses.
