They have two or three dressing rooms. The aisles in the store are a bit snug and they have their boxes of merchandise around the store so sometimes tou have to squeeze through to get around. They are a bit strict when it comes to trying on clothes because of people getting the clothes dirty which makes sense.

However these guys are overcharging of merchandice I can get for $10.00 to $20.00 less some where else. I know hagling is a lost art but when you find a price of a jersey some where cheaper where are you going to go? The cheaper price. To fix this place competitive shopping is a must. $30.00 for a hat that I can get for $20.00 at Lids. They would have to keep up with the compition or they will be auctioning their goods here soon because they can't afford the rent in the mall. Next get rid of some of the stuff and put some in a storage. There is no room to move around. Last start selling on line. Your not making a profit that is obvious on how much stuff is on the floor. I hate the say it but stores like yours end up failing and fall off the map because they refuse to change and want to be stuborn. I won't spend a dime in this place tell the above happens.

I went straight to Yelp to find the had a low rating mainly due to customer service. Not sure why because my experience what awesome. This store was once the Bakersfield Scuba location which appears that they took over the business that was next door because from my memory it's a lot bigger. The store was absolutely packed with shoppers and staff that was working there. At first it was hard to tell the difference because other than the few guys that were in there everyone was in yoga pants. I was promptly created by a cheerful eager to make my experience a good one young lady. I told her what I was looking for and within 5 to 10 minutes I had an outfit purchased for my awesome wife. I can see why my friend at work likes this store so much, between the awesome customer service and great selection of clothing for both men and women you could easily spend your pay check her. Hopefully everything fits so my wife doesn't some and spend more lol Awesome job!!! For those that gave them one star you should give them a second chance and update you review.

She is neither helpful nor courteous and her staff is equally useless. Order supplies online or go to All That Jazz instead to avoid a massive headache and a huge expense. I made 4 trips to this location with 2 restless toddlers to purchase tap and ballet shoes. First, the OWNER tried to sell me shoes that didn't fit my children. I could see that the shoes were tight and I told her that it appeared so. She told me that this is how they are supposed to fit. I almost bought that nonsense until my daughter told me it hurt too bad to stand wearing those shoes! Then, the woman tried to sell girl's tap shoes to me for my son since she didn't have any boy's styles in stock in his size. Finally, she agreed to order a pair of boys shoes. On my 2nd trip there, the clerk told me the shoes were in and tried to sell me a pair of adult shoes! They had not ordered the toddler shoes. I thought this was a one-time mistake and boy was I wrong! The 3rd trip, the owner called me saying the shoes were in, but they had nothing in stock again when I got there. The owner insisted it was a problem with their supplier and promised to order from a different company. She did, hence, trip number 4. When I went to pick up the shoes, the price was almost double what I would have paid for the shoes that were originally going to be ordered!! To top it all off, the owner is rude. She is overpriced to begin with, but with offer you a "discount" if you pay with cash.
