They have two or three dressing rooms. The aisles in the store are a bit snug and they have their boxes of merchandise around the store so sometimes tou have to squeeze through to get around. They are a bit strict when it comes to trying on clothes because of people getting the clothes dirty which makes sense.

I accepted that they weren't going to return my shirt so I decided to leave. I wasn't going to give them my time of day. Never going back.

The discounted shoe section is big right now after the holidays. It's a reliable spot when im looking for sports cards or hot wheels. The only real downside is the pricing. When you compare it to the Big 5 on the east side, this location is noticeably higher on many items, so you trade a bit of extra cost for equal service and similar convenience. Ultimately, a 4 experience for higher prices for the exact same product than the East side location.

I've had them completely ignore directions on font style and ask to hold on to my hat to remove and redo it more than once. it's just careless. be ready for a potential mess up and double check it all because I was almost sent off being told it's what I bought just to show the receipt and even then no apology just a offer for the incorrect work to be free or leave the hat there till the next day. I don't want to come back and I don't want them to mess up again anyways. I don't have duplicates to sustain possible damage to my hats.
