I told them at the service department that the bike would not shift gears going up, that the shifter only worked right when downshifting. Imagine my surprise when they text me less than three hours later saying my bike is ready. It seemed OK, they asked me to ride it in the parking lot. It was 5:50, and they closed in ten minutes. The bike shifted OK for a couple of cycles up and down. As much as I was happy to get the bicycle back the same day, I was not happy after riding it several time and from gears five thru eight still trouble upshifting. I truly wish they had kept the bike until Tuesday, maybe the bike would shift properly. I did not need to get my bicycle back fast as much as I needed to get my bicycle back FIXED.

There's a lack of urgency, staff will blatantly ignore you (even when it's first come first serve) , the staff act like they are burdened by any questions or inquiries, and they never answer the darn phone. One of the guys who used to help us often Austin was/is always so helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond. I really don't want to take my business elsewhere but the decline is pushing that direction.

Saturday night. I needed a few things. I hadn't been to this Target in ages and I was close…read more I wandered the store for close to an hour. Got all the items on my list and more, of course. When I went to pay, I realized I had more than 10 items, so the quick check out was not an option. There were two regular check out lines open. Both with huge lines. The line I picked never moved after 15 minutes of waiting. The second line open turned its light off and was closed. I stood in the non moving line for about 10 minutes more. No other lines opened during that time and I was over it. I left my cart and walked out. I could not believe that 2 lines open was acceptable practice. Especially during a time when there were 6 people ish per line. Today was the first time I've ever left a cart. I felt embarrassed, but was more embarrassed for Target and their crappy management!
