It's so cool to watch a seasoned pro perform their craft. Kerry took one look at my seat and new it wasn't right for the job. Took some measurements, got my seat and bars adjusted, accessed a handful of additional quirks that needed some love, and got me out the door the same day. I brought my bicycle here when the derailer fell off and the brakes stopped working right. When I…read moredropped it off on Sunday afternoon around 1:30 they said it would be ready on Tuesday. I told them at the service department that the bike would not shift gears going up, that the shifter only worked right when downshifting. Imagine my surprise when they text me less than three hours later saying my bike is ready. It seemed OK, they asked me to ride it in the parking lot. It was 5:50, and they closed in ten minutes. The bike shifted OK for a couple of cycles up and down. As much as I was happy to get the bicycle back the same day, I was not happy after riding it several time and from gears five thru eight still trouble upshifting. I truly wish they had kept the bike until Tuesday, maybe the bike would shift properly. I did not need to get my bicycle back fast as much as I needed to get my bicycle back FIXED.

The total came to $22.84, and payment was made using the ancient and highly controversial currency known as cash and coins. The coins had already been counted, grouped, and presented in an organized manner. Unfortunately, this apparently triggered a situation requiring advanced training, several recounts, and what sounded like a direct appeal to the heavens. At one point, the cashier repeatedly called out, "Jesus Christ," which seemed appropriate considering the apparent magnitude of the financial crisis unfolding over a handful of coins. I haven't seen someone struggle this intensely with change since the invention of the cash register. The coins were eventually counted, civilization survived, and the transaction was completed. Management may want to consider offering additional training in Coin Counting 101: The Art of Adding Numbers Together Without Summoning Divine Intervention. Cashier's name tag read Thunder, which is fitting because the checkout process felt like a Category 5 financial event. Great employees on the sales floor. Checkout experience was less "retail transaction" and more "live entertainment"
