They have all the parts you…read morecould be looking for with a large selections.But I have noticed a steep decline in their customer service, it's extremely frustrating as I'm interested in keeping my spending local but the staff is making it difficult. There's a lack of urgency, staff will blatantly ignore you (even when it's first come first serve) , the staff act like they are burdened by any questions or inquiries, and they never answer the darn phone. One of the guys who used to help us often Austin was/is always so helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond. I really don't want to take my business elsewhere but the decline is pushing that direction.

My…read moreexperience in the past at gun shops has been "Gun Gods" looking from on high down at all the lowly people. Total jackasses. Not at NAG. The gun smithing is top notch. People here are friendly and courteous. Lots of vets and former LEOs are on staff. These are people who actually understand how firearms are properly used, stored, and carried. They don't brag or get pushy. They are really just there to help. Since I lost my former favorite place, "Get a gun", NAG has stepped up and filled that empty spot perfectly. I had an old grandpa rifle from the 1930s. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg for the smithing to fix a terminal feeding problem, they did the best they could and told me gently it was time to retire grandpa's old plinker. I love the ho early, but also the understanding and caring attitude of Bret the gun smith. Do not go anywhere else for your Firearm, ammo, and gun smith needs. NAG has it all and great prices. The only downside... sometimes the counter area gets crowded. It's ok, but this business is definitely going to grow and it will get even more crowded. Don't let that stop you. This place is worth it.

Once he came to ask if we need help, he was very short and brash. He proceeded to ask for ID in the form of a driver's license and a bill with her name on it(gas, phone etc). I was unaware that we need to have the bill before hand. When I told him this he seemed angry for not having this. I have range membership and have purchased anther firearm here before and have not had any issues with the sales staff. Think I may take my patronage somewhere else after this incident.

They have a long range for the bigger rifles but there were also people shooting pistols on the same range. They have barrels and a board you can put targets on. The range master (he's the guy in charge with the microphone!) gave clear instructions and safety was emphasized at all times. You can drive your car right to where you're shooting at the range. The pistol range was really cool because the targets make sounds when you hit them, instant gratification! They have a really cool western themed town area, husband said they have cool weekend events there, would definitely check that out. I 100% know this review is ridiculous, and husband probably won't take me back here, but I'd go again, now that I know how loud guns are!

The owner and his wife are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I went in to buy ammo, I mentioned that I was having trouble with my rifle jamming. The owners walked me through different steps to go about resolving the issue. I walked in to buy ammo for only my rifle, I ended up getting ammo for my pistol as well. Their inventory is a lot smaller than other places, but no doubt the they can help you get your hands on whatever you need. Definitely recommend this place

I didn't have time to shop today, was just here to return my gifts. No line at checkout and a smiling friendly Gracie greeted me. I did have a receipt, but all I really cared about was getting a store credit and coming back when I had more time to shop. Gracie was professional and did the return with no problems.
