I'm surprised there is not a review for this place! It's definitely Bakersfield's go-to Pop store…read moreand definitely has some of THE best if not THE best overall selection I have seen. While I've been to other Pop stores with bigger inventory, this place has the best selection I've seen... seriously! The owner, Jim, gets the best Common Pops and even rarer Chases and other limited editions. He also even gets the newest Pops and re-stocks immediately! Not only is he friendly and kind, he is knowledgeable and his prices are definitely fair. He also sells other toys and collectibles and even sells Pop protectors to protect your investment. I also like the fact that he has a BOOB section (it's not what you think, LOL) which contains Pops that have some kind of defect on the box which lowers the price. At least he's being fair and lowers the price! Pretty cool!!! I seriously feel like a kid in a candy store here as I a serious Pop collector/enthusiast. It's always fun coming here and I always end up picking up at least one Pop! Also, be wary of their hours as I believe they open after 5 PM on weekdays and open in the mornings on the weekends. Definitely go support this local store! It's definitely awesome and worth checking out--- especially if you're a Pop nut like me!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I even follow the instagram…read moreaccount and The owner Jim is always posting something everyday, constantly always having pretty cool deals/sales going on. Makes me wanting to keep going back for more to see what he has in stock. He also always has trade ins all the time, some small but others huge ones and posts it on the instagram account. I always keep on eye out for that because most of the time when I'm looking for a rare pop he'll have em on one of those posts. He even allows holds on some funko pops if theres not too many on the floor which is cool. Really nice cool guy to talk too as well, I like how he's very knowledgeable on funko pops. Any question about any type of pop just ask him he'll know.

Thought I'd drop by Hobby lobby I'm looking for some stencils. Hoping we might have them here…read morelocally instead of having to order some and wait. I need them right away. I forgot how big this store is, Memorial Day and Fourth of July supplies and declarations are out in abundance. My wife was with me so I knew this short stop in was gonna take a little longer and I was right. I wasn't able to find the stencils that I was looking for it, we made it through the store, looking at all the different departments. We got some good ideas for future projects. Lots of employees were working stocking different areas. Most all were helpful. I found some foam brushes that I use at a great price. I bought two packs from Lucy at the checkout she was super friendly with a great smile and personality. Hobby lobby was a great experience with the American flags, red white and blue decorations, and 4th of July displays I was even more patriotic and proud to be American when I left. I'll be back.

Yes, this Vendor has many packs of different sets to choose from, but what is the point when you overprice them? No more MSRP excuse, kids should be able to collect and play too. I'll add photos later to the review when I get the chance to show what I am talking about, but until then, whoever is reading, please take a look and see what I mean.

They have a little bit of everything--old and new, packaged and loose--so there's plenty to look through whether you're a serious hunting or just looking. The staff can take a minute to warm up, im not use to not being greeted, so i was taken aback at first, but once you've been in there a bit, they're helpful and willing to assist with whatever you're looking for. Overall, great selection, fair prices, and definitely worth checking out or buying here versus purchasing on Ebay with shipping and crazy wait times.

The guys at the front are there to let us know if we need anything. They may not get stock as fast as others but at least they are honest about it.
