Service at Target is always great. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. Selection at Target is outstanding. I love the products they sell and the selection. Value is good also. The prices are a little higher, but you get what you pay for. The reason they don't get five stars is because twice I have went to buy specific items, a dash cam and a ssd drive for my computer, they were out both times. Not because they were sold out. They had been stolen. There website and store records showed, in both instances, that they had them in the store, however, nothing. My thought are, when you have a high theft item, you don't leave it to be stolen. You either put the item in a secure area, or you place cards on the hooks for a customer to bring to the register and an employee goes and gets the item. Don't leave it out.

Product of nasty business in men's restroom

I frequent this target all the time and this is disgusting. At least once I let someone know they took care of it right away, but shame on whoever did this, customer, or employee.

Dressing room mess - A cluttered dressing room area with clothes, personal items, and trash on a table and the floor, within a retail store.

Two stars is generous. We go to this target because it's the closest one to us and we need some supplies and clothes before our trip in a few days. I needed to try on some clothes and went to the dressing room area and was appalled. Piles of clothes everywhere. broken hangers, tags, and food wrappers all over the floor of the dressing rooms themselves. Preciously while I had been looking for said clothes, I was disgusted to find an open bag of hot Cheetos puffs and an opened container of sours cream sitting right next to it. It was just sitting on a shelf in the clothes. I know this is customers fault, but in my opinion a store associate should have gone by that area and cleaned it up. then again, it could have been left there fairly recently. Employees should be constantly making rounds while stocking. When we checked out we told the nice lady at the returns area (that's where we were checked out from) about it and she was just as appalled as we were. I have to keep coming to this target based on convince, but I don't enjoy it. this target is always a disaster when we go.

Originally we aren't suppose to bag using your bags but it was just a nice thing we started doing so we just kept going but since COVID u have to bag ur own if u bring in ur own bags

I found a nice black table/chair set that I liked and it was the size I needed. She made me a great deal on it, there is no noticeable damage on the table or chairs (the table has a cabinet at the bottom and one side is missing the knobs so it can't be opened but that's my fault for not noticing.) I told her about my time crunch on this and she assured it me it would be delivered next day. As promised it was delivered the next day within a half hour of when she told me it would be, it's a beautiful set, my wife loves it and it fits our needs. Big thanks for the woman (who's name I forgot) for helping me out and getting me a great price.

My daughter and I decided we were just gonna "Window shop" for a vanity set for her bedroom. So on…read morethis day we did exactly that, and suprise suprise, what did they have in the window with lights on and sparkling and shining like as if the furniture Gods heard my daughter's wishes . So ofcourse I had to make that right turn in to the parking lot. Lol!! Before we got out of the car I reminded her that this was just window shopping. And she gave me the "Yeah Right mom" look. As we entered the store we were greeted by Shawn, a very kind man with Exceptional customer service , Very observant man , before I could even say what we were looking for he already knew and walked us towards the vanity sets, He let my daughter know what the cool bells and whistles know along with assuring me that there are multiple ways of purchasing with either pay in full or credit options and reasonable ones . That was perfect for myself. Along with Shawn I was introduced to Caroline who was also extremely exceptional with customer service . She and I had a great conversation and she went above and beyond what my expectations were. So not only did I feel great about my purchase but I also had a great time chit-chatting with them I also appreciate the fact that they were able to help my daughter pick the perfect vanity set and set positive and happy tone for the remainder of our mommy daughter day. I should have seen the red flags once the sales manager picked out a mattress for us. We asked for…read morea mattress to go with our bedroom set order. He said he'd take care of it for us. We asked for a soft bed, and we were sold an almost $900 hard mattress. We didn't even get to try it out before it arrived. Customer service is horrible here! They promise a free tv with bedroom order, and then don't deliver the tv when the bedroom set was delivered. I even have a picture of the sales ad in the store showing it comes with the tv. Our sales order slip also shows the free tv promo. When you try to get them to tell you when to pick it up in store they act like they can't find the order in the system. Every time I ask for the sales person that helped us, Aldo, they say he's never in. We're still waiting on a living room set delivery too. The only reason they have so many positive reviews is because they push the delivery guys to have you post a review rating them right then and there once delivery is complete. Since all sales are final we were stuck with something we wouldn't have purchased.

We bought a framed painting that is perfect for our bedroom, and was very reasonably priced for an item already framed. (Going back for another next week!) Customer service... They offer water to customers, whether you purchase or not . The staff were extremely nice, but did not try to sell us on anything. They were there when we needed them, and doing their own thing while we browsed. They have bathrooms for guests . Not commonplace for a retail store I will definitely be back since I saw 10 more things I absolutely have to have.

It was located in the back of a shopping center but it was a nice hidden gem. I was greeted by the owner Julie who offered her help. I browsed the store and saw so many items I personally loved. I purchased a cool Cocktail book of recipes from around the world. I also purchased some really cute marble heart coasters. My friend was very happy with her gift. The customer service was great and my gift was even bagged beautifully and ready to give to my friend. I will definitely be returning to The French Quarter.

So I have been wanting a Speed Queen set for 2 years. I am an esthetician and do a TON of spa…read morelaundry for my business. I did all the research on washers and dryers and it all pointed in the same direction... SPEED QUEEN. My husband got them for me this Christmas. It was delivered the week after. I was so excited! When I went to turn on the dryer it was making a loud banging noise. I immediately called my husband (who was at work at the fire station) and told him what was going on. He called URNERS and got the run around. We finally got a technician out in late January. He said it was the rollers and they needed to be replaced. ON A BRAND NEW MACHINE. Not only that, we splurged and got the TOP OF THE LINE MODEL in matte black. The most expensive set THEY SELL! So February comes and finally the next technician comes out to replace said rollers and guess what? ITS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS! The dryer drum was bent! Now we have to wait for the new drum to get ordered and schedule to have that replaced. We have called Urners and asked for a new unit multiple times. We have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. NOTHING. Can't even get someone to call us back to tell us to kick rocks. It's just disheartening when you save and save and splurge on the highest quality and then get this kind of outcome and get treated this way. The customer service from Urners really blows and I'll be notifying speed queen on the situation as well. Super BIG freaking bummer Urners.
