Bakersfield, beware of this furniture store you're better off going to a little mom and Pop shop They lied to you about delivery. I was told I'd be to get my delivery in two weeks. They never called me. I called and they promised me it would be the following week Monday or Tuesday that went by. They never called me. I showed up to the store last Thursday spoke to the manager and the sales rep that's sold me the furniture and I was told it would be picked up on Thursday and be delivered to your house on Friday while today is Friday. No furniture in sight. There's no manager there until next week which I don't believe they won't give you a refund because if you sign your receipt, basically his contract no refunds no cancellations. I would never never refer this store to anyone not even to my enemies people in Bakersfield. Please do not go to this store. Terrible.

We recently moved from the San Fernando Valley, which has been my home since I was eight years old. Moving to a completely new town, we were unsure where to go for furniture for our new home. After looking around for a few weeks and visiting different stores, we prioritized good customer service and better prices, all while keeping quality in mind--quality over quantity! We decided to proceed with Furniture Line. Our purchase process went smoothly, and we were satisfied with the price until it came time for delivery. After eight weeks of anxiously waiting for a custom sectional, we discovered that the salesperson had ordered the wrong size, wrong color, and overall the wrong item. We were extremely upset and decided to speak with the store manager, Caroline. We are truly grateful for Caroline. She understood our situation, was very professional and kind, and did everything in her power to rectify this unfortunate circumstance. Outcustom sectional was delivered last week, even the delivery people were very professional (Victor & Martin) polite, very clean and organize. I would highly recommend Furniture Land to anyone, mistake happened. but it's very rare when a store manager goes over beyond to make sure that things get corrected and the customers happy and satisfied like Caroline did, we are definitely going back for future purchases.

The scrapes look worse after time. The movers scraped my floor and wanted to cut out a piece of my linoleum and try to match my 15 year old flooring with another piece of linoleum. (A piece not the entire floor) I was like that would look worse than the scrapes. Can you just replace the cheap linoleum in my kitchen? At first he said yes that's not a problem let me send someone out. They had no other suggestions to repair it. Actually the guy who they sent took the piece of material that I had (from the day they scrapped it) to try and find something that matched and then said he had some material he could use to replace my floor and I said yes that is a wonderful ideal. His boss called back and said his suggestion was not going to be honored and that I wanted too much. I was like I just wanted the linoleum to be replaced. He suggested the other material. Gave me the run around for weeks and then decided they weren't going to fix anything and furniturelands way of fixing it was to give a $100 store credit. I went in to try and use it but the vases were $150 plus. So I haven't even used that. The furniture is nice and they even brought out more fillers to fluff it but their moving company will not correct their mistake and it's really unfortunate.

We have been to multiple furniture stores and nothing comes close to furniture land! We had Okan as our sales man and he is beyond incredible! Went above and Beyond for my family and I! He's so friendly, kind, communicative and most of all respectful! This is a very family oriented store wouldn't go to any other place! Thank you!

After a terrible experience at Ashley furniture, I came to furniture land in search of a small sectional. The sales people didn't pressure me or follow me around. I took my time and once I was ready, I asked for information on 3 different couches. Oscar helped me with all the information and made sure to get measurements for a custom design. I was being picky about everything because it's a big purchase in my book. But Oscar made it a super easy and pleasant experience. Not only was the sectional better than what I was planning to get at Ashley, it was cheaper and included more perks!!! Cheaper delivery and insurance. I will definitely be returning to furniture land.

Liz was an amazing help. She was so nice and worked to help me find this table that's Perfect for hosting thanksgiving or a day to day.

She made me a great deal on it, there is no noticeable damage on the table or chairs (the table has a cabinet at the bottom and one side is missing the knobs so it can't be opened but that's my fault for not noticing.) I told her about my time crunch on this and she assured it me it would be delivered next day. As promised it was delivered the next day within a half hour of when she told me it would be, it's a beautiful set, my wife loves it and it fits our needs. Big thanks for the woman (who's name I forgot) for helping me out and getting me a great price.

It was located in the back of a shopping center but it was a nice hidden gem. I was greeted by the owner Julie who offered her help. I browsed the store and saw so many items I personally loved. I purchased a cool Cocktail book of recipes from around the world. I also purchased some really cute marble heart coasters. My friend was very happy with her gift. The customer service was great and my gift was even bagged beautifully and ready to give to my friend. I will definitely be returning to The French Quarter.

I did all the research on washers and dryers and it all pointed in the same direction... SPEED QUEEN. My husband got them for me this Christmas. It was delivered the week after. I was so excited! When I went to turn on the dryer it was making a loud banging noise. I immediately called my husband (who was at work at the fire station) and told him what was going on. He called URNERS and got the run around. We finally got a technician out in late January. He said it was the rollers and they needed to be replaced. ON A BRAND NEW MACHINE. Not only that, we splurged and got the TOP OF THE LINE MODEL in matte black. The most expensive set THEY SELL! So February comes and finally the next technician comes out to replace said rollers and guess what? ITS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS! The dryer drum was bent! Now we have to wait for the new drum to get ordered and schedule to have that replaced. We have called Urners and asked for a new unit multiple times. We have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. NOTHING. Can't even get someone to call us back to tell us to kick rocks. It's just disheartening when you save and save and splurge on the highest quality and then get this kind of outcome and get treated this way. The customer service from Urners really blows and I'll be notifying speed queen on the situation as well. Super BIG freaking bummer Urners.

The store sent out a representative to inspect the sofa. On 10/3/25 a representative from the store stopped by to inspect the sofa. He said he would order the necessary parts. I never heard from the rep again. I have been calling the store to get updates but no one can give me an update on the status of the parts. On 1/9/26 I personally went to the store since I was unable to get an update on the status of parts and repair of my sofa via phone. I spoke to the store rep and manager and they were no help at all. They said I had to call customer service which was new to me because I have been dealing directly with the store rep and they had not mentioned that to me before. And the salesperson was no where in sight. They're only available for the sale and disappear after the sale. Anyhow, I was informed the parts were ordered and should arrive next week. It has taken almost four months since my initial call and no one in the store seems to care. I was very unhappy and informed the store manager that they have poor customer service and there is no communication with the customers after the sale. I spent over $5,000 on the recliners and coffee tables. I will never buy anything from La-Z-Boy again! Poor furniture quality and horrible customer service!
