I was inside the store with my mom & sisters when I realized that there was an error on my receipt from my previous purchase at bath and body works then I went back to express which is next door btw and was closedown when it was not 8Pm yet, no one could go in. When a man comes out, Cesar opened it for him to get out & I looked at him and asked him if I could back in with my family who was finishing up their purchase. He said "No" I told him "im NOT making a purchase im with my family" he looked at me rude & again said "no, I don't care" and shrug his shoulders! When my family finally finished 8:16 I asked him for his name which he responded "Cesar" and I said "ok, Thank you" he then proudly said "I'm the store manager" wow good job Express, you lost a customer for your rude store manager. read more

This is a review for the store and customer service. I always shop express online but decided to go to the mall today. The cashier rang me up for two $60 shirts that I did not get. I was in a hurry and left thinking it was kind of expensive to go into the store but maybe the store does not have the same online deals. After going through my bag and reviewing my receipt, I called them and Amina will not allow me to talk to the manager, she said I need to come back down there. I don't think I'll be visiting this store again and I will keep to online purchasing. I have always enjoyed shopping at express because of their well-fitting, stylish, selection of Men's clothing. I have shopped here my entire adult life because they have interesting styles wether it's for a casual bbq or a fancy Christmas party. Express is one of the few places that ALWAYS carries smaller shirt sizes for smaller builds like mine. Also, I can almost count on them to have 28 or 29 waist pant sizes. Unfortunately, I have never found size 28 or 29 length pants in store but I have no problem with finding them and ordering off their website. (Please carry them in-store!!!) The express next rewards program is generous, you earn points that redeem for cash rewards to use toward purchases online or in-store. You also get a reward on your birthday and they periodically send you awesome coupons in the mail. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went yesterday September 8th to make a purchase of a shirt and the asshole who was helping my boyfriend made our shopping experience feel like such a drag for him. I went around 3pm, we had asked to try on a shirt that was on the mannequin after I don't know if it was the store manager that we asked if that one was only medium they had. She was polite and nice enough to say yes it was the only medium they had, her coworker over there will help us out. Then the "gentleman" proceeded to ask if we were ready to check out but my partner said no if he can try it on. He said "I mean you can try on any other shirt they all fit exactly the same" I don't know about anyone else but when the hell have you made a purchase of something without wanting to try on that SPECIFIC item on. If I wanted to try on another shirt I would've asked to try on another shirt to see how it "fit" but ny partner wanted to try it on to see how it "LOOKED". Even after his snarky comment of trying another shirt my partner offered to put the shirt back on the mannequin because the worker made it seem like it was such a drag that we were asking him to do what is required and asked as part of his JOB! never returning back. We literally left right after that ugly encounter because it ruined my entire mood after that. Calling cooperate. read more

Love express clothing. Hate this location! The associates are nice but managers have this attitude about them like they are above you. I visited this location because I received an email that my express next rewards would expire in a few days. Since everything was 50 percent off I decided to buy a sweater for my husband. As I checked out, she asked "is this all you're getting with 50 percent off?" Yes lady. Well my rewards weren't showing up and every time I spoke she acted as if she couldn't hear me. She accused me of using my rewards and said "well you probably already used it and it's not showing up" no lady I didn't. I won't be back and if I have to shop it will be online where I'm not treated poorly and I don't have to deal with this manager. read more

I would have given this store a 5 but on black Friday they charged me for 5 items instead of 4. I shop at Express often and love their clothes. This location had a great variety but the customer service was awful. I waited at the check stand just to listen to an employee take a personal phone call and discuss her "frozen meal" selection. I got frustrated after standing their for a few minutes without being helped and walked around the store one more time. The employee taking her personal phone call was the only one on the floor and was no longer at the cash register when I returned. I waited again for about 5 more minutes before another employee walked on the floor. Ordering online would have been a much better option because the website has better customer service than this location. read more
