The workers here are mind blowing kind. Mason gave us the royal treatment at the dressing rooms. They have eight of them and this is the 10th store at the mall we've been in and none of them were like this. You can ask anybody who works here for help and they will stop what they're doing and walk over with you to what you need. The selection is great and they have every style and every size. The prices aren't cheap but if you catch it on sale, they have buy one get one free or buy one get one at 50%. It ends up being very reasonable. We have an account and we could order online and even get a little bit of a discount but there's nothing like the personal service they provide here so we schlep to the mall for it read more

I love tillys but i made an online purchase and they made me show the barcode check my id and give the online QR receipt of the order just to leave the alarm tag in it so when i came back the next day a different worker had me show the receipt and my id just to take the alarm off and had a horrible attitude even though i was kind and understanding. read more

Preparing for back to school, we came in to look at their huge backpack selection. The prices were ok, but the person didn't help us. I don't know if they wer etoo busy or what. We ended up leaving and got one somewhere else. The store manager needs to amp up customer service. read more

Tillys for the win on Christmas Eve! The store managed to stay clean and organized, and guess what they even stayed friendly!!!!! Whaaaaatttttt???!!!!!!! This was pretty much a 1 stop shop for us! We bought gifts for our family ranging from 5-40 years of age! Jewelry, clothes, novelty gifts and cards, athletic wear, shoes and a members only jacket. We were happy about the god experience we had. Wish we could have had a coupon or something to use, but there weren't any available. read more

Mikayla was such a great help to me and my daughter today, we were shopping for a bikini and my daughter is very thin and sometimes has trouble finding things. She showed us where to look and even brought her some cute items to the fitting room. We ended up with an outfit and a bikini! Super impressed with the customer service we received. read more

Well this review is for the customer service I received today and other days when I shop here..ok tillys management take notice Kamora was extremely helpful she knew where the items were and knew what I was talking about..also as I was paying I asked about the age for working there ..and she asked for who I said for my daughter she is a senior and has been talking about working part time and as a dad..when a kid wants to work you help out..so to me helping out was asking that question..Kamora told me how and what store and made sure to tell me it's on line and how to find it..so thank you again Kamora and when it comes to the store they have it all..and it's always clean and yes I go in there when I get my emails about the sales they are having.. read more

I'd rather shop at Mainland or Impact. I used to go to Tillys because of the exclusive stuff they carry but they treat everyone as if they are going to steal. They watch you like a hawk for no reason. It would be cool if they came up to me and just ask I needed something to find, If say not just browsing don't assume we are going to steal. And I worked retail, so I know when someone is watching me but they are too obvious about it. Walk to one section they are speaking and listening to one and other. read more

So usually I don't have a problem with this store other then the obvious which is the small rows but that is beside the point This evening, my family and I were there some time before the store was going to close, I've worked in retail so I understand how dreadful those last five minutes can be. Yet this young lady, Daisy was not in any way trying to hid the fact that she was wanting to close already. The store itself has some cute clothes. The sales associates are pleasant enough. However, it is insane how narrow these aisles are between the clothes. I'm literally sweating trying to get a stroller through here. I can't imagine what it would be like for someone in a wheelchair. Some of these spaces between racks are barely big enough for me to walk through, let alone navigate a stroller. I can feel my blood pressure rising just trying to find a dress here. It almost doesn't seem worth it when it's this difficult and tedious to navigate through here. I don't recommend this place for anyone with a kid in tow or on wheels. read more

Good customer service, told me about their deals . Line was fast just a little crowded in the store.

Unfortunately as much as my husband and I love shopping here, i believe we won't be going back at least not to this location. I much rather shop at Zumies or Mainland. We purchased a Casio watch that we only had for 2 weeks and it stopped clamping so it wouldn't stay on his wrist. Not thinking we were gonna need it he threw away the receipt. Now mind you the watch is BRAND NEW it wasn't broken or damaged not even a scratch. I called tillys before heading over and spoke to the manager who she didn't even attempt to help me. She straight told me it was final sale and to go thru the manufacturer. She even accused me of trying to exchange it from a different store. She didn't even want to look in her system for a reprint of the receipt even tho I had the date time amount card number everything to be legit exchange. I asked to speak to her district manager and she gave me the number finally after 45mins the nice lady emailed me a copy of my purchase. It's ridiculous. So rude. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went into the store on 8/6/14 around 11:30am. Looked around, felt like I was being watched like a hawk. Had a few items that I wanted to purchase, waited in line to pay and look at a backpack (which are displayed behind the cash wrap), asked a sales associate to see a few backpacks she RUDELY replied that another employee would help me (she was not doing anything productive at all), the other employee decided to help someone else before me so (after I pointed that out), the initial sales associate (with an attitude) asked which was the backpack that I wanted to see. I quickly decided on a backpack and when I told them I was ready to purchase, they told me I had to get back in line to purchase. I was absolutely furious!!! I was SO close into just leaving and not purchasing anything but my brother really wanted that backpack. I finally get up to the register to pay and the sales associate dropped a few of my items on the floor because he was in such a hurry and couldn't handle the stress of being "busy". Once I got home one of the items I wanted to purchase was not in the bag. Fortunately, they did not charge me for it! Moral of the story is DO NOT SHOP HERE! The store is MAJORLY cluttered, sales associates are rude and pushy, therefore the management isn't doing their job. I think from now on I will avoid this store and shop online. read more
