Came here on Dec 3 2022 to buy a couple of dresses for a teen and left exhausted because I had to count the clothes that were going to be tried on, I had to put the clothes in the dressing room, I had to take the clothes out, at one point I asked if my teen can try on some heels with the dresses and was told to go get them myself and put them back where I found them when done. I'm surprised I didn't have to ring up my order before purchasing too. Unbelievable. read more

Came in here to buy my daughter a dress for her first formal dance. I don't understand why businesses hire such unfriendly people to work in customer service. The girls working we're chatting up front when we walked in, didn't acknowledge us at all. They were busy chatting amongst themselves and one girl was on the phone with her child, the vibe was like we were bothering them by being there. Nobody was working the dressing rooms so we had to ask and were told to wait. Finally someone came and you could tell she was pissed to have to do anything for us. When I went to Check out the worker didn't say hi or in fact didn't say one word the entire transaction, not even to give me the total. Overall, super unfriendly people here. I love shopping at windsor, i have bought my vacation clothes and formal dresses here, but today i just felt so upset, I had one worker help me, she has long black hair and i just kept seeing her do everything in the store. I did ask her are you short staffed since i didn't see anyone helping and the girl said no she has her two managers over there. the whole time i was there the 2 managers were just gossiping. Windsor maybe you should consider more people who are willing to help and not just stand there gossiping/talking. read more

Our go to place for school dances, prom... Excellent selection of dresses. On our last visit we even found matching high heels and jewelry, and all of it for a price you can not beat! Also, on the same visit, last Friday, one employee was so very helpful, I have to mention her name here. - Klarissa - was "flying" through the store, helping several customers at the same time with finding different dresses, matching shoes... jewelry... managing all of it with a super friendly attitude!!! I had such an amazing experience here. Especially because I was trying to find an outfit for my bday dinner tonight. Luckily I met Jessica, a worker inside the store that helped me and guided me towards finding a bomb outfit that would look good on me to wear tonight. I highly recommend coming here the staff are welcoming and super nice. So I stopped by a couple days ago & was pleasantly surprised with the customer service there. As soon I was walked in i was greeted by an employee who then helped me. I remember her name was Aylin just like my firstborn, anyways I was looking for a dress to wear to my baby shower. After weeks of dress shopping for the perfect one I found one at Windsor!!! Aylin was extremely kind and showed me around to where I found a white long dress that fell in love with I usually hesitate going to the mall but I loved Windsor & their staff, I will definitely be coming back. read more

I went in to exchange a shirt I bought but didn't fit well and they would not let me exchange it. They give you 30 days to return, i had it for 32 days. Bought a high-low dress, fashion tape, and stilettos for prom for about $100 in total! That's cheaper than any other bridal store or rental dress. In usual bridal stores or rentals, they're usually over $100 for the really nice long dresses. Not only that, but heels are pretty expensive, too. I would've spent over $200 in usual bridal stores or rentals. Gladly this place was cheap and had good quality dresses here! Also, the employees were really nice in helping me out. They even helped me pick which shoes look better with my dress. Highly recommend! read more

Went in to find something for graduation and I got so much help! I think the employees name was either Jasmine or Jasline but i can't really remember but she was so awesome! I went in by myself so I really needed opinions and she made me feel so pretty in everything I tried on! This store has possibly the worst customer service at the mall! The workers are rude and don't know what they are doing. They had us moving back and forth in line for about 15 minutes. They are so disorganized when you reach the fitting rooms, they lost my dress when they said they would hold it for me when I would be ready to go to a fitting room! Avoid this store!!!! read more

The people here were super helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service. Jackie especially went above and beyond to help us. My niece found the perfect dress for prom a few weeks ago and we told her we would buy it for her when the time came. My wife and I are not local (we are in Orange County). She was getting nervous that they wouldn't have the dress later so I called the store to see if they could help me figure out which dress it was based on the pictures my niece had sent me (she had lost the style number). I emailed the pictures to Jackie and she was able to find the exact dress in her size and put it on hold for me. We picked up the dress the next day and my niece is super happy. The only negative I can mention is that it would have been nice to be able to pay for it over the phone with a credit card so we didn't have to drive 140 miles but other than that we are very happy with the service. read more
