I came here to switch my family's wireless plan from AT&T to T-Mobile and had the best experience. My AT&T family plan was actually cheaper than the T-Mobile plan, but AT&T coverage was practically unusable for me so the switch was a no brainer. The employee Huy was super helpful. He helped switch all 5 of my lines and we got to keep our same numbers. Huy even helped problem solve after AT&T tried to make it hard for me to leave carriers. Overall, the customer service from Huy was amazing and he went above and beyond to help and answer all my questions. Was here again to return my T-Mobile router.Thought things would be different now that they're an official T-Mobile location, but the staff do not know how to problem solve or do anything correctly. They told me I had to send in my router when the online rep told me I could bring it to a store if I wanted to. They didn't attempt to help me further and just dismissed me. I had the worst experience with T-Mobile today. Vivian is the one who supposed to help us. The first question she asked us is "where did you go before?" Like she doesn't want to help us from the beginning. After explained our situation, she asked us where is our t-mobile sim and we told her it's an E-sim and she said that E-Sim also have a physical sim, and we said we never received one. And she asked that question 4 times. After the fifth the she asked for our sim we gave up and go to another T-mobile. If you have to go to this store please avoid Vivian since I see other people was very happy with the services. And if you are an employee or manager of this store please give Vivian more training cause other T-Mobile is able to help us after the first time we explained to them. read more

I feel like this place has terrible service. They were very unhelpful. They are very unprofessional. I just asked a lady about my lost phone and my accounts and if they were accessible. Her answer was extremely upsetting. She said that she had no idea and only sold phones. That she had no training for it. Her tone and words weren't really unprofessional. It made me want to leave the store immediately. She said it straight like that. She could've at least said something along the lines of "Im sorry we can't do that here." or something like that. I left to another T-Mobile and got way better service. The guy there was way more nicer and was able to actually do something about it. So i made an appointment and Ny was the one to help me throughout the process of opening a new line and transfer everything over from Verizon. This service is very misleading! I came in and got a new line and phone under a plan the other day. Anthony helped and told me the promotions for that day and following week because of trade in promotions for my suitavle iPhone so I had to wait a couple days... A couple days later, I decided to go to a different location and asked about the promotions again. This time, the worker said that original store I went to is a third party so I had to go back there because promotions might be different. So I requested an uber to the original store. I get there and Dat helped me. We discussed the promotions for trade ins that was suitable for my old iPhone and said a few things that didn't match what the original worker, Anthony sod and who also NEVER told me that I had to add the new line to get the trade in promotion that very same day! Very bad customer service. I came in for a lavender iPhone 11 64 gb which they did not have in stock. They ordered it online for us and then we went home to realize that we should just take the 128 gb that they had in stock. We returned the next day to ask to buy it, but they said they can't do anything before the cancel the order online. We waited almost a week before we came back and asked to purchase the 128 gb.
