We recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, and Sylvie was absolutely outstanding. She handled all the paperwork seamlessly, transitioned our phones in phases, and timed everything around our rebate so there were no extra costs. She also upgraded our home WiFi to a faster service. This level of full-service support is hard to find nowadays. Thank you, T-Mobile, for having someone so courteous, knowledgeable, and highly technical. Sylvie tackled & resolved setup issues with professionalism. Our family walked away with full satisfaction & will highly recommend this location to others. read more

I came here to switch my family's wireless plan from AT&T to T-Mobile and had the best experience. My AT&T family plan was actually cheaper than the T-Mobile plan, but AT&T coverage was practically unusable for me so the switch was a no brainer. The employee Huy was super helpful. He helped switch all 5 of my lines and we got to keep our same numbers. Huy even helped problem solve after AT&T tried to make it hard for me to leave carriers. Overall, the customer service from Huy was amazing and he went above and beyond to help and answer all my questions. I definitely recommend coming here for all your phone/internet service needs and have been happy with my wireless service ever since. read more

Sylvia did a good job on my account. Really love her patient and her professional service

I just had the best, most seamless experience. I came in for a phone upgrade and a WiFi gateway. Paul laid it all out so simply that even a caveman could understand. He then set up the gateway, asked me to log into my app. And 10 minutes later, it was all done and I am out the door. Thank you, Paul, for the easiest visit I have ever had. read more

Was here again to return my T-Mobile router.Thought things would be different now that they're an official T-Mobile location, but the staff do not know how to problem solve or do anything correctly. They told me I had to send in my router when the online rep told me I could bring it to a store if I wanted to. They didn't attempt to help me further and just dismissed me. I took it to another T-Mobile store and they were able to accept the router. Do not recommend this location unless you want to waste your time and I was helped by a lazy Viet lady. read more

I had a really good and seamless experience with activating the T-Mobile wireless home wifi here. Mia was really helpful with explaining all of the details and explaining everything along the way to make sure that I understood everything from top to bottom, and also was diligent in answering my questions along the way. She was very considerate and fully explained the price breakdown of everything for me, and ensured that I had the best price possible as a client of T-Mobile. Thank you for your diligent service and care, Mia! read more

I had the worst experience with T-Mobile today. Vivian is the one who supposed to help us. The first question she asked us is "where did you go before?" Like she doesn't want to help us from the beginning. After explained our situation, she asked us where is our t-mobile sim and we told her it's an E-sim and she said that E-Sim also have a physical sim, and we said we never received one. And she asked that question 4 times. After the fifth the she asked for our sim we gave up and go to another T-mobile. If you have to go to this store please avoid Vivian since I see other people was very happy with the services. And if you are an employee or manager of this store please give Vivian more training cause other T-Mobile is able to help us after the first time we explained to them. read more

I feel like this place has terrible service. They were very unhelpful. They are very unprofessional. I just asked a lady about my lost phone and my accounts and if they were accessible. Her answer was extremely upsetting. She said that she had no idea and only sold phones. That she had no training for it. Her tone and words weren't really unprofessional. It made me want to leave the store immediately. She said it straight like that. She could've at least said something along the lines of "Im sorry we can't do that here." or something like that. I left to another T-Mobile and got way better service. The guy there was way more nicer and was able to actually do something about it. He explained to me and was definitely way more assuring than here. I think I officially have decided to not go here again. read more

I walked in to the store and all the customer service were busy at that time, so i sat down and wait. Nobody says hi to me or ask me for help, but i still wait and didn't want to interrupt them while they helping others customers. There were 2 people walked in after me that got helped but not me. This T-Mobile has bad and rude customer service. read more

If I could, I'd put zero star. Terrible customer service. The Jason Vietnamese guy...couldn't concentrate on his freakin job! Eyes kept wandering around, rude and wasn't helpful either. My first time here and oh my god I'm truly impressed with how fast the service is. So i made an appointment and Ny was the one to help me throughout the process of opening a new line and transfer everything over from Verizon. She's so sweet, yet professional and so fast and straight to the point! Everything was done in half an hour. Even after everything is done, she helped me to print out the label and found me a box to send the old phone back. Quickly! I don't normally leave long reviews but this one I feel like I need to shoutout for her and this location! Thank you for everything!!! read more

This t-Mobile location has been a nightmare. I have came into the store on many occasions, no one will assist me, acknowledge me or say hi. Every time I come in I feel very discriminated and the way I've been talked to also feel very discriminated even when I call over the phone they are very rude. They obviously need more training and customer service they cannot help me with anything. read more

This service is very misleading! I came in and got a new line and phone under a plan the other day. Anthony helped and told me the promotions for that day and following week because of trade in promotions for my suitavle iPhone so I had to wait a couple days... A couple days later, I decided to go to a different location and asked about the promotions again. This time, the worker said that original store I went to is a third party so I had to go back there because promotions might be different. So I requested an uber to the original store. I get there and Dat helped me. We discussed the promotions for trade ins that was suitable for my old iPhone and said a few things that didn't match what the original worker, Anthony sod and who also NEVER told me that I had to add the new line to get the trade in promotion that very same day! Waste of uber rides! Now, I'm still stuck with my old iPhone from previous service with another company. Get your staff to know the promotions correctly! read more

Very bad customer service. I came in for a lavender iPhone 11 64 gb which they did not have in stock. They ordered it online for us and then we went home to realize that we should just take the 128 gb that they had in stock. We returned the next day to ask to buy it, but they said they can't do anything before the cancel the order online. We waited almost a week before we came back and asked to purchase the 128 gb. They said they wouldn't sell it to us because we were making it hard on them. read more

Good service, always show new promotion for activation lines or upgrade the new phones too. I came there with my family and activation for 4th lines and get the free of 4th. Plus, we have unlimit talk+ txt. 6gb data for each and 10gb data for all family. It is just only $120.00 for 4th lines. Besides that, I still have free data when I watch the shows, movies, on netflix with free data charges. read more

I was at another tmobile store and the workers refused to sell me a phone unless I bought an accessory to boost their sales. I came here and bought the new iphone 7 in two minutes, thanks to John and his coworkers. They were all happy and friendly to talk to me through the process of my transaction. They were honest and helped me resolved any issues I encountered with my account. The store is clean and neatly stocked up. Got here this morning for my new LG G pad with T-Mobile promotion. It's technically free with the service you receive. Everyone is friendly and helpful, especially Dat . He would go beyond the extra mile for decent customer service. Last time I came to clarify changes in my bill payments and he quickly explained to me in just a few minutes. It took me multiple trips to the original store I got the service. Since then I just come here. Never have to lower my expectation anymore. Definite recommend the place to everyone! read more

I am usually very wary about going to Vietnamese places for business, but this place is different. They are professional and helpful. The person that was helping us was Sylvia. Highly recommend this place if you plan to switch to tmobile. read more

They close at 7 PM right? I told my brother to jump out the car, run in, and tell them that I am buying a phone then and there regardless of price. I needed a phone badly. I arrived at 6:48 PM... Sorry but not sorry for the two stars and I feel like I'm being generous. They turned us away for being less than 15 minutes to closing. Oh well. Could have been a quick easy transaction but I guess getting off earlier is more important than proper business etiquette. read more

I came to the store to order a iphone 6 and one of the employee name rachel help me set up my phone. She was super friendly and nice.

Employee was either not informed or did a bait and switch on purpose. My mother in law came to get the free clear stadium bag per their T-mobile tuesday deal on the app. The representative told her he still has the bag but she would have to buy a bluetooth speaker to get it. She called me after she couldn't get the rep to honor the T-mobile tuesday promo. I told the rep that there was no fine print requiring any purchase to get the bag. The rep read the info on the app and even clicked redeemed on it. He even admitted to the app not saying anything about having to purchase for the promo to apply, but he kept telling me their system at the store requires it. This clearly is not the case as I was able to use mine to get one for the mother-in-law at another store without having to scan anything. The rep at another store was handing them out as folks were clicking redeem on their phones. This is poor service that wasted her time, my time, and her ability to get the bag since the employee redeemed the coupon on her app but did not honor it. POOR POOR SERVICE. Either he was very ill informed or the policy of this particular T-mobile store was set up purposely to create a bait and switch from this promo. The bag is not even worth the time, but the poor service and policy leave a very sour taste. Will not be going here for any of my services again as I do not trust them to be properly informed about other service or honest about policies. read more
