I was genuinely excited about this purchase, and now I will not be receiving the TV because of an error that was clearly not mine. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that, despite the mistake being on the company's end, no effort was made to accommodate me or find a solution that would allow the delivery to proceed as originally scheduled. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expect a company to take responsibility for its own errors and make a reasonable effort to resolve them. Realizing the type of person she was I just took my glasses and walked out, I currently have an open complaint with corporate being worked on and they have been more than accommodating. So I warn you, to be very mindful of purchasing anything at this store as management is an absolute joke.
