They quoted me 4-5 hours to work on it which I said was fine and why I dropped it of first thing in the am, 530 rolls around and no ones called so I call the store and the first two tries no one picked up ..: the third time someone just tells me oh yeah it's done it's here. ... The battery was replaced and put back together like it was never opened. I actually got my phone back better than how I brought it in. (previous battery had bloated and lifted the screen). Service was completed within 2 hours. Although they said it would take one hour and when I returned they said they needed 15 min more which ended up being about an hour. Still impressive it was done that quickly. There was a steady flow of customers so be prepared for it to take a little longer than quoted (which happens). Parking is a little tough but its in the town of Herndon so take advantage of your visit by trying out some of the local restaurants and bars. There are many options with good variety. Its a quaint little town and a good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. I'll be coming back here if i need to have a component in my cell phones replaced.

In my experience, you may go in to get one thing fixed and leave with a bigger problem--and no accountability.
