Two days later, the entire screen stopped working. They replaced it again, and just four days later, it stopped working again. When I returned, they gave me a hard time and blamed the issue on damage that they never mentioned before either repair. It's extremely frustrating to pay to have one thing fixed, only to have the same problem happen twice and then be blamed for it. I would not recommend this company. In my experience, you may go in to get one thing fixed and leave with a bigger problem--and no accountability.

I asked him could he let me see the protector that he was talking about and he told me no unless I was going to purchase it. I thought this is ridiculous. I stayed calm because I was in shock over his treatment over a phone protector I purchased unlimited replacement. I could not believe his unprofessionalism. The treatment was really unbelievable. The other guy Chris was not helpful either I ask him for help because I remembered him and he said he never helped me before. I am writing this because no customer should be treated this way. I have been coming here for over twenty years. I will never forget how they treated me today.
